Casa Stefan has 6 double rooms, (from which in two of the rooms we can add a single bed, for a third person) and 2 family rooms (each family room has 2 bedrooms with two king size beds). All of the rooms have private bathrooms. The 6 double rooms have access to a terrace directly from the room and the two family rooms have access to the terrace from the lobby. The house has a 70sqm living room area, where you can spend your time in the relaxing area or/and in the dining area. Also, you have access to a fully equipped kitchen. All of the apartment’s features are there for you to enjoy. Other things to keep in mind We kindly ask you to note that the exterior aspect of the building may not be visually pleasing. Most of the central buildings are old, historic buildings and are not in a very pleasant state. Most of them are currently on the list of future reconditioners. We assure you that, despite the appearance, the area is safe and there have never been any safety issues. More, we guarantee that the interior of the apartment has nothing to do with the building. Once you enter the studio, you will have a wonderful experience :) You have a small space in front of the studio where you can make a bbq, smoke a cigar or drink your coffee. I am available at any time. You can call, text or e-mail me whenever you like. It is really quiet, because the studio is located in an interior paved garden. You can walk to the old center, take a bus/tram or a taxi. Also, the metro station is at 10 minutes walk.
