On the ground floor you will find our very spacious livingroom with a sleeping couch for two persons + a dining table with six chairs. The whole house is fully furnished and equipped. On the first floor are two bedrooms: one with a king-sized bed and one regular sized. Our house is located in Philippine, also known as the city of mussels. A few minutes walk away there are numerous restaurants where you can dine very well. The sea and the renowned Braakman are just a few minutes drive away. Along the sea there are numerous beach pavilions where you can drink or eat something at your leisure. You can ride a bike and walk endlessly in and around Philippine. On the ground floor is the living room, a sofa bed for 2 people, a dining room + a table and six chairs. Fully equipped kitchen with all luxuries. The living room has a stove with fireplace. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one King-sized bed and one normally sized bed. Beds are made on arrival. Outside there is a garden with a terrace. Deze charmante, rietgedekte recreatiewoning ligt op een ongelofelijke plek aan het Paterswoldse Meer, dichtbij Groningen en Haren, midden in een schitterend natuurgebied. Het uitzicht vanuit het huis en de tuin is fenomenaal, in alle jaargetijden en weersomstandigheden. Houdt u ervan de natuur te beleven vanuit een comfortabele basis? Zoekt u een begin- en eindpunt voor boottochtjes? Wilt u in de winter schaatsen vanaf uw eigen steiger? Vanaf dit punt kan dat op een heel idyllische manier. De indeling van het huis is licht en praktisch. Beneden is onder andere de woonkamer met open keuken. De openslaande deuren met aan beide kanten goed sluitende rolhorren staan bij mooi weer altijd open. Naast de gang is een badkamer met toilet, wastafel, ligbad en douche. Naast de voordeur bevindt zich de ruimte voor de meterkast, gasketel en de wasmachine. Parkeren is gratis. Vanaf de parkeerplaats is het 8 minuten lopen naar de woning. Toegang tot de parkeerplaats gaat via een hefboom waarvoor toegang verstrekt moet worden. De tuin van dit huis ligt rondom en is besloten. Aan het water bevinden zich een boothuis, een boothelling en een (fietsen)berging. In het water ligt een steiger, waardoor aanleggen met een zeilboot altijd mogelijk is en in de hoek van de tuin is een zwemtrapje. We wonen in de stad Groningen en dit is ons vakantieverblijf welke we zo nu en dan beschikbaar stellen aan leuke mensen die er met zorg in verblijven De vakantiehuizen aan de Oude Badweg vormen al jaren een goed bewaard, goed verzorgd en zeer gewild publiek geheim. Vanaf de woning is het 20 minuten fietsen naar het centrum van Groningen. Onder de rook van Groningen vind je het dorpje Haren, dat dit jaar nog werd uitgeroepen tot groenste dorp van Nederland. Geen wonder, want er is nog volop rust en ruimte te vinden. Het villadorp wordt ook wel het ‘Wassenaar van het Noorden genoemd’, niet in de laatste plaats vanwege het aantrekkelijke winkelaanbod. Haren grenst bovendien aan het Paterswoldsemeer, dat populair is bij watersporters. Eigen vervoer of de fietsen Parkeren is gratis. Vanaf de parkeerplaats is het 8 minuten lopen naar de woning. In totaal bied ik vier kamers aan. Twee tweepersoonskamers, een eenpersoonskamer op de eerste verdieping waar eenvoudig een extra bed bij geplaatst kan worden en een slaapkamer op de begane grond met een eigen ingang. De kamers kunnen gebruik maken van de gezamenlijke badkamer op de eerste etage. s Morgens maak ik graag een ontbijt voor u klaar. Een kopje koffie of thee kunt u altijd zelf nemen van de kleine pantry op de tweede etage.
