House of Character in St Paul's Bay with Sea Views La Cassetta is an old house of character with charm and history in the heart of St Paul’s bay (known also as a fisherman's village). It has sea views overlooking the marina of St Paul's Bay and is literally a few meters from the sea. Experience living in a century plus old house whilst enjoying modern utilities and have total privacy. Complimentary high speed WiFi throughout the house, public transport stage opposite the property. Free public car park access is available. The property features limestone walls, arched doorways and wooden beams. The house is on 3 floors: Ground floor-The living area has a large comfortable sofa, which turns into bed for 2 and a flat screen TV. The kitchen has a dinning table with 4 chairs, a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine, a hob, an oven. 1 Floor-A three piece bathroom. 2 Floor-The master bedroom has a large double bed and two night stands. On the same floor here is also a single room with a single bed, wardrobe and a sofa. It has a lovely small balcony with sea views.From the main room there is an access to the roof terrace, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the city and the sea. We offer Transfers from/to the Airport (Malta International Airport): EUR 25.00 each way for up to 4 passengers and EUR 30.00 each way for 5 passengers with 1 luggage per person.
