In the dining area you will find an ancient sartorial table, of 3.5mt length, coming from the North West area of Italy can accommodate 14 people. La villa si trova sulle prime colline di Fano a soli 3 km dal mare, immersa nella tipica campagna marchigiana, con un parco di pini marittimi e una distesa di ulivi secolari. Dal carattere molto elegante offre ampi spazi sia dentro che fuori. All'interno ha un'ampia area living con divani e poltrone in pelle, sala TV e un tavolo lungo in legno in cui mangiare tutti insieme. Una cucina ben fornita con uno spazio griglia appositamente costruito in muratura, come se fosse un barbecue all'interno della casa, ovviamente il BBQ lo trovate anche fuori in giardino. Al piano terra si trova una camera matrimoniale e una camera con letto alla francese e un bagno con doccia.
