"Villa Sea Mazzaforno" è un autentico gioello incastonato nella paradisiaca Baia Mazzaforno. E' una villa bifamiliare, caratterizzato dagli spazi completamente indipendenti, e ampi spazi esterni. Giardino di pertinenza molto ampio, stanze in pieno carattere "marinaro". La vera chicca di questa villa è la possibilità di raggiungere una baia privata, solo accessibile a pochi "intimi", tutto questo possibile percorrendo 1 minuto attraverso la stradella privata che parte dalla nostra abitazione. Un magnifco sentiero privato che parte dalla nostra villa, vi condurrà a 1 min a piedi ad una magnifica baia privata nel cuore di Mazzaforno, spiaggia d'elitè della splendida cittadina cefaludese!

Casa Blue, fine appartamento in stile moderno, con dolci richiami "blue mare", si trova nel pieno centro storico di Cefalù, tra le piccole stradine che attraversano il centro storico del paese, situato a pochi passi dal mare. La posizione privilegiata è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza del nostro appartamento; vicina alla maestosa Cattedrale riconosciuta come sito Unesco, al Lavatoio Medievale e al Museo Mandralisca. Lo staff sarà lieto di accogliervi nella nostra "Casa Blue"

La casa dista 20m da spiaggia con accesso privato. Nelle vicinanze: lidi, villaggi turistici, pizzerie, birrerie, cucina tipica siciliana, bar in spiaggia. Dista 3km dal centro storico di Cefalù. Ti piacerà per: posizione, vista mozzafiato, atmosfera rilassante, clima fresco, arredamento di gusto, completo di accessori/stoviglie, spazi esterni, solarium, parcheggio riservato, barbecue, docce esterne. Al riparo di una tipica pineta siciliana. Ideale per coppie, viaggi di lavoro, famiglie, ragazzi L'alloggio è situato in un residence costruito su un promontorio all'ombra di una caratteristica pineta che si affaccia direttamente sulla baia. La casa dispone di un ampio terrazzo/solarium dove poter consumare i pasti e rilassarsi sotto un ombrellone e da cui è possibile osservare il Duomo di cefalù e il profilo del centro storico (come in foto). L'appartamento si compone di due comode camere con letti matrimoniali, un bagno, un servizio doccia separato, cucina abitabile con tavolo e divano, una veranda all'ombra e il terrazzo sopracitato. Gli ospiti avranno a disposizione l'intero appartamento, 1 o 2 camere da letto a seconda del numero di persone,un posto auto , più le zone condominiali: barbecue, docce esterne, piccolo parco giochi per bambini, ampio parcheggio sotto la pineta. potranno contattarmi al cellulare vivere in un piccolo paradiso verde,tranquillo,sulla splendida baia di Mazzaforno,nuotando nelle calde acque del mare...appena svegli! consigliabile auto o moto.o fare splendide passeggiate in mezzo alla natura ed alla scogliera Possono prenotare un magnifico trattamento relax con massaggio,a carico dell'ospite e non incluso nel soggiorno, nella vicina Spa ACQUAVERDE Dell'hotel Costaverde che dista 1 km e si può raggiungere anche a piedi.

Appartamento in villa sul mare, ben arredato composto da due belle camere da letto matrimoniali, un bagno con doccia, ampia cucina, sala pranzo con vista sul mare. Possibilità di pranzare e cenare all'aperto godendo di una strepitosa vista sul mare. Fuori troverete una doccia al aperto e un barbecue. Scendendo qualche gradino si raggiunge una bellissima spiaggia privata in ciottoli. In lontananza si possono vedere le Isole Eolie.....
