All rooms turn out very large and spacious, as it is a former industrial building. Living room with 60sqm which can also be used for meetings, courses, or the like. A 3m long wooden dining table invites to large meals or conferences, this is located in the middle of the window in the roof that can be opened electronically and provides daylight. Sports facilities (punching bag, free weights, yoga mat and judo mats 3x3m) that can be laid out are also available. Children's room 40sqm with indoor playground and all the toys to make children's dreams come true. The children's room has a mezzanine in which two beds are integrated, the beds are large enough to accommodate adults. Kitchen 17sqm equipped with state of the art appliances, cooking island and 4 seats that invite you to have breakfast at it. Samsung refrigerator offers plenty of space as well as cold filtered water and ice cubes. If the space in the freezer of the refrigerator is not enough, there is still a separate 150L freezer that can be used. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking, baking and beyond. Fully automatic coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery are a given. Daylight-flooded work area with huge desk that is adjustable in height. A printer/scanner as well as Ethernet connection with super fast 250 Mbit/s, allowing you to download at 31.3 megabytes per second. Also in the living room, just behind the work area, is another mezzanine which is furnished with a large double bed. There is another separate bedroom also with a double bed, which can be entered through the apartment as well as through its own entrance, this one is located directly adjacent to the bathroom. Separation of the bedroom from the rest of the apartment and connection to the bathroom, provides a lot of peace and comfort. The bathroom is large and cozy, with shower, two washbasins and a changing table on request. Toilets are two separate WC's, one just off the bathroom and the other between the living room and the nursery. The garden has its own lockable gate and is video monitored, here children and pets are safe and protected. There is a main gate that leads onto the property, access is gained here via an app or automatic opener. The doors of the bungalow itself, have electric door locks with pin pad or via app. You will receive the codes in time before your check-in. Of course, as a host, I am available around the clock by message or telephone. Nice and helpful neighborhood that is not immediately disturbed by noise. You can live here largely anonymously or also make nice acquaintances/build friendships. It is only a 3-minute walk from the accommodation to the harbor island, directly on the harbor island you will find everything you need for a comprehensive local supply. For example, Rewe, Alnatura, dm, pharmacy, a hairdresser, etc. are only a few meters away from your accommodation. In addition, there are various restaurants, ice cream parlors and a pastry shop and bakery, where you can also have a good breakfast. Directly on the island, various water sports are offered (stand-up paddling, canoe rental, etc.). The harbor and the banks of the Main River invite you to take longer walks or to linger. From here, a well-developed bike path leads directly to Frankfurt to the ECB, there is a skate park and everything around sports. The newly renovated holiday home in Roellfeld offers 120 square metres of space and comfort for the perfect holiday. It is located in a quiet residential street on the edge of the forest and offers a magnificent view over the district to the Main River. The modern furnishings and the bright atmosphere ensure a pleasant feel-good atmosphere. The spacious eat-in kitchen with dining room offers plenty of space and is equipped with modern appliances such as an induction cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Spices from the Old Spice Office are available for guests to use during their stay. The crockery is designed for 10 people. In the living room there is a large couch with coffee table and minibar as well as a TV and free Wi-Fi. From the living room you can access the small terrace with barbecue and beautiful far view. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with direct access to the main bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a large wardrobe with hangers. A television is also available. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower with natural light, WC, two washbasins, hairdryer, towels and towel warmer. The house is heated by a heat pump and has a small guest toilet with a sink and radiator. In the basement there is another bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The holiday home is located directly on the bike and hiking trail network and thus offers ideal conditions for outdoor activities.
