Accommodation provided for 6 beds and during the day maximum 12 people on board. Terrace and roof terrace: accessible with table, outdoor lounge and plancha. Fully equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, hob, fridge and freezer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher The dining table separates the kitchen from the living room Furnished living room: large sofa bed, armchair, wooden table, double view library (terrace and side of the house) Room 1 : Large double bed with beautiful view of the terrace and the extension of the Seine. This open-air boat shed will be happy to open its doors to you. Immerse yourself in the heart of the world of boats. We are surrounded by the two towns of Vaux-Sur-Seine and Triel-Sur-Seine. Arrived at the West Marina, continue straight on by car (towards the Seine). On your left is our free parking lot. Safety on board: - A fire extinguisher is at your disposal in case of fire. - 12 life jackets (child and adult sizes) are available in the safe located in the room with a view. - The house is equipped with radar reflectors which indicate your position to merchant ships and boaters at night. Prohibitions: - Swimming is strictly prohibited. In the event of drowning, we decline all responsibility. - It is strictly forbidden to touch the moorings of the house. If you have any doubts, please contact us urgently. You are on a House Boat, it may happen that large merchant ships create some waves. No worries, the house is securely moored.
