The villa is located near the village of Borino, region Smolyan on the way to the village of Chala and at the beginning of the Devil's Trail, which combines the beautiful Rhodope scenery with extreme experiences, making it a center of attraction for tourists. The villa consists of three buildings. One of them is a two-story building. The first floor is a studio with a corner living room that can be converted into a bed, an equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a toilet. The studio has a convector and a large plasma TV. On the second floor, there are 4 rooms (3 double and 1 for four) for accommodation with bathrooms and toilets. In the other building, there is a large dining room with an equipped kitchen, a sofa that can also accommodate two people, a plasma TV and a four-speaker audio system for a cheerful mood. The third building is a covered pavilion with tables, benches, a grill, and a TV. The house has Wi-fi, plasma TV, audio equipment, refrigerator, convector, separate bathroom with bathroom, a pleasant garden with a swing and flowers. Pets are not allowed inside the rooms! A car parking space is provided. In the nearby village of Borino, there are restaurants where you can enjoy delicious Rhodope dishes.
