Quiet and safe area, spacious balcony with amazing view, with private parking space behind gate, 2 bedrooms 1 living room kitchen and bathroom. There is enough space around the house for children to play. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious for adults and children. We are near the centre of Ksamil and near the beach. Guests can use the garden and the space around the house also the parking and the fruit trees. We can communicate in different ways ,guests can make us different questions and we can interact with each other with social media or phone number. The atmosphere is nice.I love staying here because is quite,clean and safe place . You can get around with car,motorcycle, bicycle and bus. They only have to collect information about beaches near the house so they would have a great stay.

Inside the villa you will find a huge garden full of flowers and you'll have the possibility to make a barbeque and enjoy the meal outside in fresh air.
