Nipa hut can fit 5-6 people. It only takes one minute to reach Lian Beach. There is also a swimming pool as well as a Floating Raft (Balsa) at the Beach. The Raft is available upon request for Php 3000. There is also a common kitchen with cooking tools like a griller and cooking pans. It has two decks, each offering amazing views of the mountains of San Juan and Lobo, Batangas. Located on the secluded highlands of San Juan, Batangas, Kamp Mulawin will give you some of the best things nature has to offer while enjoying the comfort of your home. The place stands on an hectare of land and has its own infinity pool, outdoor fireplace, campsite, view deck and basketball court. The treehouse sits on top of 3-Mulawin trees, 25 feet above the ground. It has a second floor which mainly serves as the bedroom (up to 6 persons) while the living area has a very comfortable sofa set which can also be converted into a giant bed (up to 6 persons too!). The optimal amount of guests would be 4-6 people but we can definitely fit 12 if you're planning for a large group (URL HIDDEN) Please be mindful that although the treehouse is very comfortable to stay in, it is still a treehouse. It is not spacious, so if privacy is important to you, this may not be the best fit. The kitchen is located below the treehouse. Dept. of Tourism approved as covid19 safe homestay. The Home Pointe is a homey place to stay in Pueblo de Laiya. Located inside a private subdivision the place is far away from the usual noise of beach side accomodations. Beach Access: This is not a beachfront property. We recommend access to the beach via renting open cottages for day tour at a nearby resort. Our caretaker will be able to help you find a resort depending on your budget. There is a free beach access via the dried laiya river (10-15 minutes walk) but this path is not always guaranteed to be available as there is an ongoing construction in the area. Our caretaker can assist you if you want a day tour swimming in one of the beaches of your choice (payment excluded).
