Innate Pension offers peaceful and comfortable accommodation on the outskirts of the beautiful mountain town of Dhulikhel. We have hot water, wifi, 24-hour electricity, and there are beautiful mountain vistas just 2 minutes walk from the house. This is a double-room in our peaceful guesthouse. We provide local food, hospitality, and a sense of home. We also have a kitchen which our guests are welcome to use. The room has a double bed, a wardrobe and bench-seat, wifi, and shares a bathroom with one other room. Usually you'll have the bathroom to yourself. If you don't want a double-bed, we also have a double room available which has two single beds. Please just let us know your preference when you book. There is hot-water in the bathroom, and we have 24-hour electricity. The location is very quiet during the night. Breakfast is included in the price of the room. We can also provide other food if required during the day. Guests will have access to their rooms and all the common areas of the guesthouse. We have a small library space, rooftop, and a kitchen with a dining area and TV. We will be present during our guest's stay and can help them organize any trekking they would like to do in the local area. We also run a small primary school, called Medaka Family School, in Saping Village, which is 30 kms from Dhulikhel. Some of our guests come up to stay in Saping village, to experience rural Nepalese life for a few days. We also welcome volunteer teachers who would like to spend time in Saping teaching the children at the school. The guesthouse neighbourhood is very peaceful. You will get partial mountain views from our rooftop, and beautiful Himalayan vistas just a 2 minute walk from the house. We can provide food for our guests, but there are also restaurants located very close to the house. We are located a 15 minute walk from the Dhulikhel Bus Station, and are 1 hour from Kathmandu. We can pick you up from the station if you call ahead to organize this.

Tanani tole is a traditional settlement of ethnic Newar people of Patan. Thus one can find the traditional lifestyle of local people in a live museum. Here, occurs many cultural activities, feasts, and festivals, bhajanas (singing religious prayers in a group) take place. You can enjoy very comfortable rooms quietly nestled within the courtyard. It has a very romantic cocoon and a wonderful base to explore the surrounding neighborhood of Patan Darbar Square. From the roof terrace, you can see the spectacular view of Kathmandu Valley surrounded by the majestic view of hills and mountains and sunrise and sunset view. Community dogs are guarding 24/7 in the courtyard, birds are twitting/chirping early in the morning. You can feel a sense of naturalism staying at this home Rooms have queen size beds with an attached bathroom. It has the facility of a shared kitchen and shared sitting area. It also has a shared verandah and roof terrace from which one can have a city view, sunrise and sunset view, and also can see snow-capped mountains. Best cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, malls, and hospitals are within 3-5 minutes of walking distance. Tanani Newa Home is a complete fusion of Newari architecture and cosmopolitan style run by Maharjan Family. It is recently rebuilt in Newari style which was completely demolished by 2015 earthquake. Tanani Newa home consists of Seven (6) bright and spacious rooms/studio en suite with private washroom. All rooms are carefully designed with Newari taste and Newari touch. You can enjoy very comfortable rooms quietly nested within courtyard. It has very romantic cocoon and wonderful base to explore surrounding neighborhood of Durbar square. From roof terrace, you can see spectacular view of Kathmandu Valley surrounded by majestic view of hills and mountains. Community dogs are guarding 24/7, birds are twitting/chirping early in the morning. You can feel sense of naturalism staying this home. Since this home is located at quiet place of alley (Galli) within big courtyard (Chowk), you can experience and see traditional lifestyle of Newar an indigenous community of Patan, a kind of live museum. We are living in first floor of this building. Guest has full access to roof terrace , living room/Reception, balcony and kitchen. In Nepali culture, guest is considered as a God. Tanani Newa home is available 24/7 for serving. Maharjan Family is also living in the same home. Patan Dhoka( Gate) is gate way to Patan Darwar Square. On the way to Darwar Suqare, you can see Golden Temple which is 5min far from Tanani Newa Home. Pimbahal Pokhari is within a walking distance where you can enjoy local night life. Dhokaima Cafe is also within a walking distance from Tanani Newa Home. Patan Durbar square is within 10min walking distance from Tanani Newa Home. Nepal’s popular shopping malls like Labin, Bhabahteni, Namaste, Saleways, popular restaurants and bars like Dhokai ma Café,are within 5minute walking distance. Jhamsikhel and UN Complex are also within walking distance. It is 30 minutes far from Tribhvan International Airport. Bus park and taxi stands are available nearby. Courtyard dogs are adorable creatures, very kind and friendly. If even they welcome you with little bark, don’t be afraid, it is just to greet you. Gas, Water and electricity are very precious resources here in Nepal. It is requested to use them very consciously. Small problems related to above resources may be always happen. We are very reactive to fix the things as soon as it is being informed but you need to be aware that Nepal is a country where you have to be adoptable.
