We're only a 3min walk from the City Rd/Clarendon St Tram stop on Clarendon St. Myki is the card you will need for all public transport. When using a Myki card, please remember to always have sufficient value for your journey as hefty on the spot fines apply if you travel without correct fare or do not "tap on." Trips are about $3.80 for a 2-hour journey, but it all depends on what zones you travel in, if you are a concession card holder and if you buy a day pass. Myki cards can be topped up at any 7-11 Stores (7-Eleven Eureka Tower) or at many other shops that display the MYKI logo. MYKI machines are located at major tram stops, train stations and at convenience stores and news agents. Please be aware that cards can't be topped up on trams or trains any longer. Flinders St station is only a 18min walk away from us. If you drive, we do have a FREE secured parking slot available for you. This is a private unit ALL TO YOURSELF and you WON'T be sharing this with any strangers during your stay. A representative will be assigned to check you in in person. Please be sure to notify us of your arrival times so that we can hand the keys to you personally. This pad accommodates 4 adults comfortably but a max of 5 overnight. Any more than 4 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$14 per night, per additional guest. The sleeping arrangement for the 5th adult would be on a foldable single bed with extra quilts, pillows, sheets & covers.

This stunning double storey house can easily accommodate three families and will certainly be the highlight of your trip. Secure parking on site although you don't necessary need a car by staying in this house as it is only a few steps to the white sand and ten minutes walk to Frankston CBD. Two out of four bedrooms are equipment with air conditioning.
