Secluded and private, it is a little piece of paradise where you can completely relax and feel the everyday stresses of life melt away. A downstairs cellar stocked with our wine, local produce to enjoy and a stunning location means you'll never want to leave. Our beautiful guesthouse is the perfect vineyard escape in the McLaren Vale wine region. We offer a unique experience in a beautiful rural setting. Our 100 acre property includes Grenache and Shiraz vineyards, a working winery and natural bushland. Located just 40 minutes south of Adelaide in the stunning McLaren Vale wine region with numerous award winning wineries and restaurants close by. As one of the parcels of land given to returned soldiers following World War 1, our property is a piece of local history. Our 3 bedroom house features its original charm with modern amenities and is the perfect getaway retreat. With options to walk through the nearby Onkaparinga River National Park or sit outside in our beautiful garden, this is the ideal space to reconnect with nature, savour the views and relish the serenity. Guests are provided with a complimentary bottle of our award winning wine and the selection is available for purchase from the cellar below the house. Private winemaker-led wine tastings in our cellar door are also available. Generous breakfast provisions are available for the first 3 mornings of your stay with fresh produce sourced locally. We ensure dietary requirements are catered for and a selection of teas and Nespresso pods will get your day off to a great start.
