There are 3 double beds (sizes 160x200, 165x200, 130x200) in the three bedrooms and 2 sofa beds in the living room. ON THE GROUND FLOOR OF THE VILLA: There is an L-shaped living room with two distinct seating areas, and in the opposite wing is the large kitchen and dining area. Each of these wings has a high ceiling and skylights. The laundry room and a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower are also on this level. In one nook of the living room is the 102-cm-wide HD television with Hotbird and Turksat satellites. The second seating area has a 4-seat bamboo set, surrounded by picture windows for the sunsets, and just outside the sliding doors is the western terrace and sunset dining. You’ll also find backgammon and chess sets in the living area. In the big kitchen, there is the two-compartment freezer / refrigerator, 4-burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, filter coffee machine and Turkish coffee pot. There are plenty of pots and pans, dishes and utensils. One table in the dining area seat six. ON THE TOP FLOOR OF THE VILLA: There are three double-bedded bedrooms, each with a French balcony. There is also a jacuzzi room and a separate bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Linens are provided, and each guest has bath, beach and face towels. Also blankets and duvets are provided in winter. The master bedroom has broad views to the mountains and the sea, west and north. The jacuzzi room opens off this bedroom. The second bedroom has sea and mountain views, with sliding glass doors. The third bedroom is the smallest and at one end has a view on the dining area, sharing its skylights. For privacy and temperature control, there are drapes. WHOLE THE VILLA: There is a washing machine, iron, ironing board, a drying rack, a hair dryer and vacuum cleaner. All the windows and glass doors are fitted with aluminum-framed sliding screens, mosquito net, and room-darkening shades for your comfort. There are mosquitos in Cyprus due a to on the hot summer when the air temperature more than 30 degrees. Although the environment is frequently sprayed by the municipality, there may be mosquitoes. You will have two private parking spaces next to your villa, and there is a ground floor living room and terraces from the kitchen, a garden and a swimming pool. *The swimming pool measures 10m x 5m and has a graduate depth 70 cm to 140 cm, for swimmers and non-swimmers, children or adults. The pool area is provided with sun chaises and sun umbrellas, and is surrounded by garden, with mountain views. Also there is a shower in this area. *There are lovely stray cats around North Cyprus homes. On your first day, they may visit your garden. If you feed them they will probably stay in your garden, and if you do not feed them they will leave your garden, and they go to another neighbour’s house garden and you do not see them during your stay. **The entire villa will be yours, together with the car park and garden. The pool is shared with another villa which is opposite the pool. *The pool is open for use in all seasons, including winter. The pool is not heated. *Fireplace and central heating are available for stays more than one month. The house has recently been fully renovated so it has a modern interior but still the look of an old miner's cottage on the outside. The house is always cosy and made even more so in the winter with the log burner. You will be located in the perfect location for exploring Snowdonia from mountains, lakes, quarries all the way to the sea. It is very dog friendly house, just let us know and we will make sure the dog bowls and treats are out and ready. The space The front room has a double bed with an amazing view of Snowdon out of the window. The back room has a double bed which can be split to make two singles, just let me know before you arrive. This room also has the cubby which has a small single bed (2'6" x 5'6") There is one bathroom shared by both bedrooms, it has a cosy bath with a big overhead shower head with good water pressure. The living room has a wood burning stove for use in the winter, Flat screen smart TV, it does not have an arial but has all the channels available to stream from as well as Netflix and Prime (if you have an account). The kitchen is well kitted out with a gas hob, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also an honesty wine rack; you are welcome to use the wine from here and put the cost of the bottle in the honesty box.

Una cocina dividida en 2 partes dentro de la casa, dotada de frigorífico, congelador, lavavajillas y elementos de cocina para el uso diario. En otra estancia, hay otra segunda cocina con placa vitrocerámica pero como construcción de pueblo y con estilo al ser un espacio tan grande, se ha habilitado una cama de matrimonio y una cama individual en el altillo (mirar las fotografías). En la planta inferior, disponemos de una cama de matrimonio, baño completo con ducha y bañera y zona de lavandería independiente. Subiendo al piso superior, tenemos una gran habitación con techos de madera y que da acceso a 2 habitación y al baño completo. También posee una galería y espacio para el estudio o la lectura. Todo el techo es aguardillado y con vigas de madera. El acceso a la planta superior se realiza por un magnífica escalera de madera, en esta planta contamos con cuatro dormitorios, uno de ellos con dos camas individuales, otro con tres camas individuales, un tercero con cama de matrimonio y baño completo en suite, y un dormitorio principal con dos camas de matrimonio, vestidor y baño en suite con bañera hidromasaje.
