Vor dem Haus befinden sich reichlich Parkmöglichkeiten. Die zwei Küchenräume sind mit Gasherd, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle, zwei Kaffeemaschinen, Wasserkocher und allem erdenklichen Zubehör umfassend ausgestattet. Eine große überdachte Terrasse mit Beleuchtung schließt an den Wohn-Essbereich an. Das Haus ist zum Großteil von miteinander verbundenen, großzügigen Terrassen eingefasst. Auf der Terrasse vor der Küche befindet sich ein gemauerter Außengrill mit großzügigen Ablageflächen für Grillgut und mehr. Ein Schlafzimmer im Haupthaus sowie das Nebengebäude verfügen über eine Klimaanlage. Eine als Bett nutzbare Ausziehcouch (1,60 x 1,90 Meter) befindet sich im Fernsehzimmer (mit Oberlicht aber ohne eigenes Fenster und ohne Kleiderschrank und Ablageflächen), eine weitere Schlafgelegenheit für Kinder / Jugendliche befindet sich im Nebengebäude, so dass das Haus maximal 8 Personen Platz bietet. Son Carrió ist mit dem Auto in 2 Minuten zu erreichen, das Meer ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die umliegenden Häuser sind ebenfalls alle auf sehr großen Grundstücken. Nur 200m vom Haus entfernt verläuft der neue Radwanderweg Via Verde. Der 30 Kilometer lange Weg zwischen Arta und Manacor bietet einen paradiesischen Ausblick auf die umliegende Landschaft und das Meer. In der nahen Umgebung befinden sich mehrere Golfplätze, ebenso Tennisplätze, Reitställe, Fahrradverleih, etc. Die Touristenorte CalaMillor, S´Illot und Sa Coma bieten alle erdenklichen Dienstleistungen, Infrastruktur und Aktivitäten. Im Hinterland locken die kleinen Städte Son Servera und Artá zum Bummel über die Märkte. Manacor und Capdepera laden zu Besichtigungen und die Ostküste von Cala Ratjada bis Santanyi zum Baden ein. Nach Palma und zum Flughafen fährt man ca. 50 Minuten. Ein Auto sollte auf jeden Fall vorhanden sein, da die Finca nicht mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreicht werden kann. Bitte beachten: Im Winter fallen zu dem Monatspreis noch Gebühren an für die Ölnutzung (Heizung). Die Ölzentralheizung in allen Räumen, sowie die beiden Kamine, ermöglichen auch im Herbst und Winter eine traumhafte Atmosphäre, in der es an nichts fehlt. Wer einmal die leeren Strände und verträumten Orte im milden Herbst oder wunderschönen Winter erlebt hat, wird die Insel ganz neu entdecken und lieben!
