Our home features three separate bedrooms, two living rooms with split-air conditioners, two bathrooms with heat lamps, an internal laundry, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. We also offer a double lock-up garage with remote control door. With two distinct living zones, our house offers plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. Kids will love having their own dedicated living area, while adults can enjoy the peace and quiet in the other living room. Guests can enjoy a variety of indoor entertainment options, including a collection of books to read, a selection of board games, materials for colouring and drawing, and Sudoku books for those who enjoy puzzles. We've equipped our home with all the modern amenities you could need, including a 65 inch smart TV in the downstairs living room and another LED TV in the upstairs living room. With NBN-enabled free WIFI available throughout the house, you can stay connected and entertained during your stay. Feel free to log in to your own Netflix, Amazon Prime, or other streaming media accounts and watch your favourite movies and shows on the big screen. Our kitchen is fully-equipped. You'll find everything from utensils and pots to an air fryer, pancake maker and sandwich press. If you're a coffee lover, you'll appreciate the convenience of our Philips Lor coffee machine with a milk frother and coffee press. Enjoy your time with family or friends in this casual 3 bedroom holiday house, located only minutes away from beautiful Brisbane Waters and a short drive to local beaches. The back garden is a perfect place for kids to play and in season feel free to pick your own fresh oranges from the orange tree or herbs from the garden. Other activities include walks along the water, cycling on the bike track or perhaps just relax in comfort with a good movie (on DVD or Netflix) and a BBQ feast. This comfortable and spacious three bedroom, two bathroom house has all the essentials supplied. Arrive and unpack before either relaxing or heading off to explore this lovely part of the world. You will have the whole house and backyard for yourself, apart from a partitioned area of the garage that the cleaners use to dry and store linen. I do not live at the property but will be available for assistance and tips online / over the phone at any time during your stay. The property is located in Point Clare right near Gosford harbour (Brisbane water on the map) and a 3 min walk from the water. It is in a lovely street where you will wake up to the sound of birds. The closest beaches are Umina and Ettalong which are about 15 min drive away. Aldi, a bottle shop, Thai food and a cafe are a 2 min drive away. Coles and a small shopping centre is less than 5 min drive. Restaurants like The Coast, The Boathouse, Gosford RSL and the Sailing Club are 5-10 min drive away. Point Clare train stations is 900m away from the house. There is room for at least two cars on the driveway and free on street parking. It is a dead end street so you will have parking spots available at all times. Earlier check in or late check out can possibly be organized in advance, depending on previous / oncoming bookings and their arrival / departure times and will involve an additional $40 fee, as we will need to get a second cleaner in to ensure that the property is ready for you, in a shorter than normal time window. I will do my best to accommodate your request if the circumstances allow. Please let me know in advance if you are happy to pay the $40 fee so I can arrange it with the cleaners. Thank you. Please note, cleaners may occasionally access the garage (that is not to be used by guests) to organise linen. Set opposite the beach access track, you are a 5-minute walk to safe swimming, surfing and fishing beach and a 5-minute walk to the golf course. This holiday house has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom opens out onto the deck and has a lovely view of trees and the golf course. Comfortably furnished throughout. The living area is quite large and open plan, with a wood fire (which can be used between May to the end of September only) The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals in the comfort of this house. There are stunning local Tasmania timber features throughout this house, including beautiful Myrtle bench tops, window frames and hardwood floors. There is a large veranda with outdoor furniture and a BBQ so you can sit relax and listen to the peaceful sounds surrounding this quiet location. In the Freycinet National Park you have the famous Wineglass Bay and the lighthouse, you can get information on the walks and hikes in this region from the National Park office here in Coles Bay. There are lots of stunning beaches for swimming and fishing, a golf course and other attractions in the next town of Bicheno (only 25 minutes away) where you can go on a night time Penguin Tours and see Tasmanian Devils at Nature World. A great website to go onto for more information is www.wineglassbay.com Coles Bay is a 2.5 hour drive from Hobart & 2.5 hour drive from Launceston (if you drive down the Midland Hwy and across from Campbelltown) Please be careful driving at night, as soon as the sun starts going down the native wildlife start to come out. It is advisable to try to be at your next destination before dark wherever you are driving in Tasmania. Covid safety changes to note prior to your arrival: Due to Covid safety, we have been advised to remove provisions and amenities that cannot be easily sanitised and to not proceed in sanitising food container & beverage container items. This includes items such as salt & pepper containers and cooking oil. Cardboard items such as al foil, cling wrap, paper towels and tissues etc have been removed for now. Wherever we can, we have switched to individually portioned items such as dish power, washing power, tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper sachets. All items are complimentary, and not included in the tariff, and are provided free of charge by the owner of the property. We do hope this is only a temporary measure and we can get back to our usual procedures at some stage soon, however we are following strict Covid safe regulations and guidelines, including having an in depth Covid safety plan and enhanced and adequate cleaning procedures. We have also removed the compendiums and have an online version for guests, we send this to guests in an email and there is also a QR code at the property to access this information on your own device. These changes are in place to keep guests safe, and it is vital that we do everything possible to ensure guests remain as safe as possible while staying in any of Freycinet Holiday Houses properties.

This beautiful secluded property has un-interrupted water views spanning as far as the eye can see. The house backs onto acerage of native forest and has beautiful lawn areas to enjoy a drink or two whilst soaking in the magnificent views. If you are after a holiday house away from the hustle and bustle of the city this place is for you. The property is accessible by road. We DO NOT allow large groups of friends or parties here. Families are ok. You will have the whole property to yourself. This house is located in Spencer on Wisemans Ferry Road. There are a number of local convenience shops within a 10 minute drive from the house but I would recommend stocking up on groceries before you arrive. The house has recently been renovated with a brand new kitchen, new flooring throughout, new furniture, new paint job and new carpet. We have also installed new ducted Airconditiong throughout the property and have installed ceiling fans in each room upstairs, this will keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. There is also a fire place in the lounge room upstairs. House is fully secure and all windows lock and Spencer is a very safe area. My father & I renovated this house from scratch and due to past experiences we are no longer allowing groups of friends or parties here. If you are after a party house this property is not for you and you’ll be asked to leave ( there are other agoda properties that allow this so please find somewhere else). It's a beautiful/peaceful space and I prefer respectful guests who will take care of the property like its their own. Every guest must be put on the reservation (URL HIDDEN) The price of this property is to accomodate water usage (we are on tank wanter and its very expensive to have it filled up given where the house it). Please let me know if you require firewood and I will arrange to have it delivered and ready at the house for you (they charge $60 for a few days worth). The driveway is quite steep and can be a little rough but most cars can drive up. The property is not the Hyatt but this is why we love it and we hope you enjoy the property as much as we do. The area is known for its breathtaking views of the Hawkesbury river and mountains You will need a car to get around. If your like me I dont like to go anywhere and just enjoy your time at the house with the amazing views There are chickens on the property that are fully enclosed in their pen so fine if you are bringing a dog. Please help yourself to the eggs

The kitchen is modern with plenty of cupboards and stone benchtop, well equipped with the latest induction cooktop and electric oven with 2x of microwaves, 2x toasters, kettle and a refrigerator.
