In the new sauna it is great to steam and on your own beach it is a pleasure to splash. It is nice to bask in the sun on the porch and the beach terrace under the shade of birches. The cottage has electric heating and running water. The rent includes firewood, electricity and final cleaning. Bed linen, towels can be ordered as an additional service. The traditional log cabin and the separate sauna cabin, which shines with its novelty, comfortably accommodate 5 people. On the south-facing beach, the sun shines on the courtyard and beach terrace all day. On the boat you can fish or row and on the wood grill you can bake sausages for the group for dinner after the sauna. The main living room has a sofa set and a small fireplace, the warmth of which is nice to enjoy in the evenings. The sauna room also has its own kitchenette. You can also take your pet here with you. Conveniences include an electric hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and fridge. The cottage comes with fresh water, suitable for drinking and cooking. There is a wood-fired barbecue in the yard. The sauna room has its own kitchenette. SAUNA, SHOWER AND TOILET There is an ecological, composting outdoor toilet in the cottage yard. The new sauna building has a wood-heated sauna, which provides comfortable steam. The washroom in the sauna has a shower with hot water. YARD AND BEACH The cottage and sauna room are right on the lake - just a few steps and you can swim, fish or row! You can go fishing or rowing with a rowing boat on the beach. We will supply you with boating vests if you wish - let us know the sizes you need in advance. SOUTHING AND FISHERIES If you want to fish, you will need proof that you have paid the state fisheries management fee and obtained a local fishing permit. These cost a total of about 5 euros. You can also rent a quiet electric outboard motor from us for 15 euros a day. If you get prey, there is a clearing area in the yard. PETS Pets are welcome at this cottage! Please let your friends know when (URL HIDDEN) Be sure to clean the animal hair from the cottage and furniture before you leave, and clean the yard of debris. Make sure your pets do not cause harm. You are responsible for damages both in the cottage and around the cottage. LINEN AND TOWELS Bed linen and towels if required 10 e / person / visit. FINAL CLEANING The price includes final cleaning. Sea View Cottage is in prime location with parking for one car. As you enter the cottage you walk in to a kitchen/diner with wooden beams and slate floors. The kitchen offers everything that you would need to cook up a storm, also offering a dishwasher. As you walk through the dining room you enter the lounge. This has two large sofas and a smart TV, it has large French glass doors that lead to a conservatory with a large sofa and views over the garden and sea. Heading out in to the long lined garden you firstly have a patio with bench table and gas BBQ. Then further down onto the grassed area you have another table and chairs. Following the garden to the bottom you will find The Wisemans Bridge Inn and beach. Heading up to the first floor of the property you will find a sea view king bedroom with a very large freestanding deep soaking bathtub and en-suite with shower, hand basin and toilet. The next bedroom is a double. At the end of the hall way you have the family bathroom with another deep soaking bath tub, large shower, hand basin and toilet. This bathroom is also host to a washing machine and tumble dryer situated within the cupboard. Up to the second floor you will find the attic lounge with more sofas. This attic lounge has exposed beams and velux windows with breath taking views over looking the sea and country side.
