Subject to availability. The ground floor comprises cloakroom and separate shower room. Bedroom 3: 1 x double bed overlooking the garden. A utility area accesses onto a patio garden, with outside dining furniture and gas BBQ for those al fresco moments. The first floor offers open plan accommodation with a well equipped kitchen, dining area with table and chairs and a lounge area with plenty of seating. A small balcony leads off the lounge with bistro furniture and offers views over Baiter Park and Poole Harbour. The top floor comprises Bedroom 1: 1 x double bed, Bedroom 2: 1 x double bed and 1 x adult size bunk bed. The family bathroom is also located on this floor. This pet friendly town house is located just a short walk to Poole’s historic quayside with its numerous bars, pubs and eateries and where you can book boat and fishing trips. The golden sandy and award winning beaches at Poole and Bournemouth, as well the world renowned Jurassic coast, are but a short distance away. The property is also conveniently situated for visiting both Bournemouth and Poole town centre’s.
