SLEEPING AREA The sleeping area is on the first floor and consists of: - 5 bedrooms with air conditioning - 3 bathrooms all with shower cabin and bathtub - 1 Finnish sauna The sleeping area is accessed from two different points, climbing the two large staircases, one in marble and the other in steel and wood, suspended over the large central void. The rooms, although different from each other, are linked by a single thread: elegance and attention to detail. Modern and refined, the bedrooms, declined in different styles, use furnishings and finishes created by great international designers without sacrificing comfort and functionality. The three bathrooms available to the rooms are spacious and luminous with precious coverings ranging from pink marble from Portugal to red Argentinian granite and ceramic from Italian mother-of-pearl. La casa è autonoma con giardino privato, veranda e terrazza. troverete: macchina del caffè, tostapane, phone, aria condizionata, bollitore, microonde, forno, lavatrice , lavastoviglie  e molti altri accessori. Verrà richiesta la tassa di soggiorno pari a 1.50€ al giorno a persona L'appartamento è completamente ristrutturato, elegante e spazioso. Offre una televisine in 4k e connessine Wi-fi. Vi è un impianto di aria condizionata e zanzariere. è possibile concordare le ore ci check-in e check-out qualora non dovessero combaciare con quanto indicato al momento del vostro arrivo sarò lieta di accogliervi per consegnarvi le chiavi e vi saranno dati consigli locali e istruzioni per il vostro soggiorno , rimarrò a vostra disposizione durante il soggiorno. la casa è situata a Lugana di Sirmione, 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia Punta Grò beach, in una zona molto tranquilla con disponibilità di parcheggio gratuito all'esterno, sulla strada principale. Ottima location per quanto riguarda gli spostamenti: nei dintorni ci sono 2 fermate di autobus, la fermata piu vicina porta nell'entroterra di Sirmione , quella appena piu distante percorre la tratta Verona-Brescia ( orari e fermate disponibili sul sito saia trasporti). Raggiungibili in auto e pullman anche le stazioni ferroviarie di Peschiera del Garda o Desenzano. Nelle vicinanze si trovano parchi a tema come Gardaland, Movieland , Parco Sigurtà, Verona , Venezia e Milano. a Sirmione, uno dei borghi piu belli d'Italia è possibile visitare il Castello Scaligero, Le grotte di Catullo e perchè no andare al parco termale Acquaria. Molto comodo ai servizi : fermata autobus a circa 300 mt, supermercato e minimarket facilmente raggiungibili a piedi,il  Parco giochi per bambini e ragazzi a circa 5 mt.

Se sei alla ricerca di un luogo, vicino ai famosi parchi divertimento del Garda, che sia confortevole, dove poterti rilassare, allora fermati al La Casa di Edone . Ci trovi a 10 km da Gardaland e a 7 km da Peschiera del Garda, vicino alla pista ciclabile che collega Mantova a Peschiera. L'appartamento ristrutturato è inserito nel contesto di una tipica casa mantovana di inizio 800, indipendente, con ampio cortile privato. Sconti (su richiesta) per soggiorni superiori ad una settimana L'alloggio: L'appartamento è situato al piano terra, all'interno di un' antica casa, appartenuta a nostro nonno Edone. Abbiamo reso lo spazio accogliente e confortevole, con un arredamento moderno che si integra alla struttura antica della casa caratterizzata dai soffitti di travi in legno a vista. L'appartamento si trova vicino ai principali negozi, pizzerie e ristoranti (un supermercato a soli 10 minuti a piedi) ed in prossimità del Castello. Per rendere più confortevole il vostro soggiorno, da questo anno abbiamo dotato l'appartamento di aria condizionata, lavastoviglie, zanzariere e wi-fi. Il soggiorno ha un camino, una cucina attrezzata (utensili nuovi) con lavastoviglie , TV, divano letto (2 posti), un letto pieghevole (monoposto) ed un tavolo estensibile. La camera da letto ha uno spazioso armadio per chi vuole soggiornare più giorni. Il bagno ha box doccia e lavatrice Si può parcheggiare di fronte all'ingresso dell'appartamento, dentro l'ampio cortile di proprietà (totalmente a disposizione degli ospiti) a cui si accede dal cancello. Su richiesta degli ospiti possiamo fornire un seggiolone ed un lettino per bambini sotto i 3 anni. Accesso ospiti: Gli ospiti possono accedere a tutto il cortile, recintato e chiudibile.

Distribuita su due piani, la Casa I Roccoli di recente ristrutturazione, è una vera e propria Maison de Charme: i 170m2 sono dotati di ogni comodità. Ad accogliere gli ospiti, al piano inferiore si trovano la cucina con sala da pranzo, il salotto nella veranda affacciato sull'oliveto completo di caminetto e forno a legna ed un bagno; al piano superiore, invece, si trovano le 3 stanze da letto con 2 bagni. I Roccoli offre alla propria clientela anche uno spazio esterno attrezzato, adatto per trascorrere momenti all’aria aperta, per consumare aperitivi e pasti o, semplicemente, per rilassarsi in piscina in mezzo agli olivi, accarezzati dalla dolce brezza che proviene dal Lago di Garda. Possibilità di passeggiare immersi nella tranquillità e quiete della campagna. Unser Ferienhaus liegt wunderschön auf einer Anhöhe etwas oberhalb von Caprino Veronese in einem kleinen Weiler mit tollem Blick auf die umliegende Hügellandschaft und das angrenzende Tal. Das Haus besticht durch seine Lage, denn obwohl man in einem kleinen Innenhof wohnt ist es absolut ruhig und privat. Auf der Rückseite des Hauses, über eine kleine Seitengasse erreichbar, befindet sich der eingewachsene Terrassengarten, in dem von morgens bis abends die Sonne und den Blick auf die umliegenden Olivenhaine genießen kann. Unser modernes Haus erstreckt sich auf 2 Ebenen und ist wirklich etwas ganz besonderes. Wir haben das komplette Haus mit viel Liebe zum Detail für Sie gestaltet und freuen uns, Sie ab 2020 in den neuen Räumen begrüßen zu dürfen. Die grosse offene Küche mit Essbereich ist der eigentliche Mittelpunkt des Hauses, denn die hohe Balkendecke und das grosse Panoramafenster mit Blick ins Grüne machen den Raum zu etwas ganz besonderem. Das Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zum Balkon und Blick auf den gemütlichen Innenhof lädt zum Verweilen ein. Hier kann man herrlich entspannen oder ein Buch lesen. Die Schlaf- und Badezimmer sind auf beide Ebenen verteilt, so dass man zu jeder Zeit seine Privatsphäre geniessen kann. The villa consists of two spacious apartments, each equipped with a balcony from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake. The villa is accessible by a narrow road. It has a beautiful garden, with flowers and a parking area. This apartment is located on either the 1st or 2nd floor and has an area of about 90m². You can access the apartment via a stone staircase. Each apartment has a balcony with a table and chairs. From here you have a magnificent view of the lake.
