This recently renovated 3 bedroom stone house, was the former village bakery, and later the residence of the Chateau Guardian. In the grounds of the Chateau de Seailles, nestled in it's 6 hectares of park, woodland and garden. Visitors to this lovely holiday rental, have access to miles of beautiful strolling paths, a large pond and a big swimming pool, as well as private courtyard with bbq and outdoor eating area. The Ground Floor: Kitchen / dining room Living room Full bathroom Toilet Bedroom (with queen bed) Upstairs: Bedroom with a queen bed Bedroom with a king bed and a queen bed. Full bathroom Small sitting room / library area. Information for those with accessibility issues: There is one step at the front door, two steps at the back door, and two interior steps between the area with bathroom and kitchen, and the area with the living room and ground floor bedroom. Guests have access to a large swimming pool, and adjacent orangerie, shared with the owners of the Chateau. Enclosed courtyard Walking paths through woodlands, orchard, front park and around the lower pond. But do not have access to to the south lawn and upper pond, the chateau and its courtyard, chateau workshops, chapel and garages. Rural countryside. Rolling green hills, woodland and vinyards, all the way out to the vast horizon with it's views of the Pyranees. Charming local villages and quiet country roads in every direction. We are: 20 mins from the race track and local airport at Nogaro, 1.5 hours from the Atlantic coast, 1.5 hours from the mountains 1.2 hours from Toulouse International airport 1.5 hours from Pau 2 hrs from both Bordeau and Biaritz 2.40 from San Sebastian and the Spanish boarder. A visit to Chateau de Seailles requires that you rent a car at either Toulouse, Bordeau or Tarbes / Lourdes airports. We do rent our guests bicycles for exploring the lovely local backroads and villages. We have a very friendly large dog and three cats, who freely roam the property. Although the chateau does have event spaces, events are not permitted without prior written approval, and associated services and fees.
