It’s very spacious, bright, minimalist and clean with a view of the lagoon. In addition to condo rental fee, there is also a “guest fee”. This fee entitles you to have access on the beach, pools, and other amenities/facilities/activities of Pico de Loro. This is good for 7 days and shall be renewed after.
