Guests are requested to be careful around them. - Please note that a few stairs do not have railings, Guests are requested to be careful regarding the same. - All-male groups and unmarried couples are not allowed to book the property. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - The road leading up to the villa might not be concrete and it is not advisable for pregnant ladies to travel to this villa given the road conditions. - The villa is located in a secluded area. - In case of a power outage, the 40 and 25 KVA generator can support all appliances or up to 6  hours.  - Mobile networks such as Jio work fairly well here. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 11 PM. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi.
