This two-bedroom apartment style building is a unique space bosting a separate kitchen and living area with a plush leather lounge, TV and dining table. The two bedrooms separate bedrooms are set with a queen-sized bed and a double bed, side tables, reading lights and wardrobes for those wanting to unpack their clothes and make themselves right at home. The kitchen comes well equipped for your own catering, with an oven, stove top, sink, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge and all cooking utensils needed to cook your own meals at home. A modern and stylish bathroom highlights a walk-in rain shower, toilet and vanity. Guests will also have access to laundry facilities including a washing machine, located in the courtyard area. Access is available through the back of the building. Ample parking is available at property. During your stay, you will have the entire upstairs unit to yourself. Please make yourself at home! The outdoor courtyard area is a shared space with guests in the upstairs unit. If you are travelling with more than 4 people, consider also booking the downstairs unit which is a studio style unit and will sleep an additional 2 guests. We're only a 1 min walk to Hoddle St/Victoria St tram stop and 3 min walk to North Richmond Train Station. Myki is the card you will need for all public transport. When using a Myki card, please remember to always have sufficient value for your journey as hefty on the spot fines apply if you travel without correct fare or do not "tap on." Trips are about $3.80 for a 2-hour journey, but it all depends on what zones you travel in, if you are a concession card holder and if you buy a day pass. Myki cards can be topped up at any 7-11 Stores or at many other shops that display the MYKI logo. MYKI machines are located at major tram stops, train stations and at convenience stores and newsagents. Please be aware that cards can't be topped up on trams or trains any longer. If you drive, we have secured 1 FREE parking for you. This is a private home ALL TO YOURSELF and you WON'T be sharing this with any strangers during your stay. A representative will provide you with the SELF CHECK-IN details. This pad accommodates 4 adults generously but a max of 6 overnight. Any more than 4 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$14 per night, per additional guest.
