It provides high standard self contained living accommodation, with the train station at just 1 mile and the city centre less than a mile. Alternatively, for those that love taking long walks, it is a 30 minute walk ( less than 2 miles) from Birmingham New street station. Parking There is Off street parking for one car. There is On street parking for more than one car. There is CCTV to the external house on the front, side and back for security purposes. Parties are strictly prohibited and there is a zero tolerance for it. Smoking is not allowed under any circumstances within the house. Charges of £300 will be made if there is any smoking in the property. On booking, Svelte Living will issue out a reservation form (which requires all names of the guests that will be staying and the purpose of stay.) along with a Terms and conditions which must be signed.

Peaceful area with families & young professionals in the area. This is my home which I let out while travelling Access via stairs. As you come up the stairs, there's a large square hallway which all rooms face out from. To the left, you have the kitchen, with a cupboard stocked full of herbs and spices, oils etc. This is all included in your stay to use, making whipping up a meal 'at home' so much easier. The washing machine is easy to use & there is a selection of dryers on the cupboard. The bathroom is light & full of plants. The shower is above the bath. Included in your stay are rose petals, candles & luxury bath products. Pour yourself a glass of wine and soak in the bath full of salts and rose petals. The main bedroom is straight ahead of the stairs, with a double bed, draws & wardrobe.. We use super soft 100% cotton John Lewis bedding. Waiting for you on the bed are large bath towels, local handmade soap and incense sticks to help you relax and unwind. Facing the road there is a 4 x 3 m dining/living room. The table folds up or down, & there's 2 drinks cabinets in this room. One has glasses and cocktail making tools, the other has grenadine and other syrups. As with the kitchen items, please help yourself, but please replace anything you finish. Next to this is a 5 x 2.5 m office space/2nd bedroom. This room has a standing desk, a sitting desk with an office chair, a screen & keyboard you can connect to. There's also a printer you can use making it perfect for a working holiday, working remotely or writing. Access to the flat is up a flight of external stairs. We are on the first floor.

The open plan living space comprises of a Kitchen with full amenities, a sitting room, with a comfy sofa and a log burner. The bedroom has a very comfy King Size bed and a TV for the lazy mornings. The bathroom boasts a large shower and a double ended roll top slipper bath. Outside is a large decking area with your own personal Hot Tub to relax in after taking on some of the many walks in the areas. The space Set up in the valley with beautiful views down to the village of Skenfrith, it is a truly stunning area. Plenty of fields, wildlife, and peace. Guest access You have your own access to the guesthouse. Other things to note We have 2 small friendly dogs. We provide breakfast basics including cereal, butter, milk, coffee, tea, bread and sometimes fresh hens eggs (if they are laying). If you are arriving late on Friday and would like a meal put in the fridge to be heated up on your arrival, please let us know and we can send over a menu, an additional cost will be added.

No. 2 Braefoot Cottage is located on the picturesque and private Yair Estate, which is situated on the banks of the River Tweed, in the heart of the Scottish Borders, approximately 35 miles south of Edinburgh. A Traditional grade 'B' listed stone cottage forming part of the stable block, No. 2 Braefoot Cottage comprises, on the ground floor, of a well equipped kitchen, large sitting room with dining area (and wood burning stove), Utility room and a WC. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms; the master bedroom with en-suite shower room, which has a Super King size bed, a twin bedroom and double bedroom. There is a further spacious family bathroom with a shower over the bath. The property has mains gas central heating and underfloor heating in the kitchen. There is a large enclosed garden and shared use of an old stable where guests can store bikes, walking equipment, fishing rods etc. The property has a wide range of amenities including a Smart TV (Netflix, iplayer, Amazon Prime etc), wireless internet, iron and ironing board, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher and a very effective wood burner. All linens are provided along with dishwasher tablets, washing power and all the logs you may need. The property is let as a whole and guests will also have access to a Tennis Court (shared with guests staying in the other properties on the estate) come with a permit to fish for trout on the Tweed and guests will have access to the private stretch of water at The Yair. Salmon Fishing may be available, at additional cost, during the months of August though to November. Guests are free to roam wherever they like on the Estate and discover the river, walled garden and the many walkways - there is a lot to explore. There is a working farm so we ask that guests take care if nearby. The Yair is family owned and run and there are people who live on the estate who are about to help.
