The apartment starts to accommodate guests from this summer - 2022. It is located in Kalamaki in a very quiet neighborhood 100 meters from the beach and just 5 km from the center of Chania. It is an ideal place for couples, or a group of friends. The place designed so that one can enjoy his vacation, or work with the necessary calm, as well as to host his pet safely in the fenced private yard that has the house. The bedroom next to the main area has a large and comfortable double bed, a spacious closet and another piece of furniture for storage. The WC is comfortable and has plenty of space for cleaners, towels and anything else you need to store inside. There is also A / C at the entrance of the house to cover every space. At Vivere Bene Ap. , You will find all the necessary linens for your relaxing days, as well as shampoo for your personal bath. Next to the house there is also a private point that our guests can use for their car or motorcycle at no extra charge. A big advantage of the house, is that it is located just 1 km from the exit of the highway and this facilitates transportation to the exotic beaches of the island (Falassarna, Elafonissi) as well as to another city on the island.

Villa Milka is a three bedroom villa located on the top of a small hill with amazing views of the sea and the nearby coasts. Due to the location of the house, you can see all the way from Corfu town to the straits of the Albanian coast. From the comfort of the villa you will be able to experience enchanting sunrises and sunsets. Three of the most spectacular beaches of the island - Kalami Bay, Yialiskari Bay and Agni Bay are within walking distance from the house thanks to its location.  Villa Milka is built on two levels in a private hilly olive grove and it has three spacious bedrooms that can accommodate a family or a group of six. A private driveway connects the property with the main road, leading to a private parking lot next to the main entrance and stone pool.  The light-filled living room is located on your left, with patio doors leading to the pool, and right next to it there is the fully equipped kitchen and, outside, the barbecue area. The family bathroom is located opposite the living room.  The spacious master bedroom is located on the right of the main entrance and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, as well as a French door that leads to the balcony with an incredible view.  The other two bedrooms, each with a single bed and an en-suite bathroom, are located on the first floor of the house. These two bedrooms share a balcony with a breathtaking view of the sea.  Villa Milka's swimming pool (10 x 6) will surely satisfy even the most tasteful guests, as it offers an incredible view and it is completely hidden from prying eyes.  You have exclusive use of the entire villa. Gialiskari N/E beach is a small beach near Agni and Kalami beaches. Gialiskari is isolated and quiet, with very mild tourist development, in contrast to the other two beaches, which are crowded and particularly popular. This makes Gialiskari an ideal destination for those seeking seaside serenity away from noisy taverns and beach bars. You can easily walk from Gialiskari beach to the other two beaches via a path. The beach is especially popular with luxury yachts. By Taxi: The taxi fare is about 50 to 60 euros, and it will take you about 40 minutes. We can arrange a transfer, or you may catch a taxi from the airport station on a 24-hour basis, whichever is easier. Villa Kalithea is located in village Pemonia which is at the foothills of the White Mountains, between Hania and Rethymnon. To reach the villa: As you enter Pemonia you will come to a big tree almost in the middle of the road,this is where you turn left (towards Fres) and continue on the village road. When you see the church in front of you slow down,continue straight for about 150 metersand turn right on the uphill road. Following the asphalt road, you will see the villa on you left.

On the ground floor you will also find two air conditioned bedrooms. One of them has a double bed and the other has twin beds. On the upper floor there is a third air conditioned bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The villa has also two bathrooms. Every rooms has its own closet its own airconditioning machines as well as its own TV. Both floors are dressed with the finest marbles that will give you an essence of ultimate luxury. Above the second floor there is a rooftop veranda that provides a marvelous view at the Aegean Sea, ideal for photoshooting and evening coffee gatherings. Last there is an below earth level floor that is equipped with one double bed – King Size- and one single bed. At the exterior of the house you will find an individual barbeque set with a sink right next to it. Located in a very quiet area of Artemida (Athens suburb) 3,5 km from the center of the town, 14 min. drive from the airport and 20 min. from Rafina port. Our guests can enjoy moments of relaxation between flights or book a full holiday away from the noise of the center but close enough (3,5km) if you want a restaurant or a pub. Mozartina’s house is a classy, comfortable and sunny two- floors apartment with an . internal stairway. The bedrooms and living room overlook the sea, and the town, the third balcony from the kitchen has a view on the mountain. The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds, comfortable mattresses and high quality beddings. On the first floor is the living-room, dining-room, a treadmill, a little w.c. and the kitchen with a third balcony. Acharavi has plenty of Tavernas and bars, and an excellent, long, sandy beach. Behind the resort and Sfakera village, in the Pantokrator mountain are set in the hills excellent walking paths. There are also several picturesque mountain villages including Petaleia, Ano Peritheia and Lafki. At the western edge of the municipality is the Antinioti Lagoon. Little streets run off the road down to the beach, where you will find many of the beach Tavernas and bars. The next resort Roda shares also the 5 km long sandy beach of Acharavi and has a wide choice of Greek, English and Italian restaurants as well as all kind of shops.
