Guest can access building B and other common areas "EXCEPT" fitness, library and play room. They need finger scan. Unfortunately, you cannot use the keycard provided to enter. If you stay more than 1 month, I can register finger print for you to get in those facilities (they need more than 1 month contract to register). Please ask for the price if you have a car or motorcycle, it is paid parking. This condominium is very closed to BITEC Convention Center. If you come for a trade fair at BITEC, it is 1 station away from the condo. Getting to the city center (Siam BTS station) takes 25 minute from Bearing BTS station. To go to the train station, you can walk there in about 10 minute (600m) or you can take shuttle bus from the condominium which leave every 1 hour. IMPORTANT NOTE: guests who stay less than a month will have no access to fitness/ Library/ playroom due to the finger print registration for accessing those facility is only allowed for 1 or more months stay.
