This small house has one bedroom, a kitchen, a private bathroom with a shower (hot water), a lavatory and a toilette, and a small patio. The bedroom has a split-level air conditioner, a large ceiling fan, a TV, and a cabinet with a mirror. The path through the spacious garden with two native rest houses and lush vegetation leads directly to the top of the cliff coast, 3 to 5 m above the sea, a distance of about 30 m. Stairs lead into crystal clear water where you can swim at all times. Our location is for those who love nature and want to relax. As the next neighbors are a few hundred meters away, rest and quiet are guaranteed. The distance to Sta. Fe center is about 2 km where you have many different restaurants and bars. The next restaurant (Greek) is about 600 m from us next to the Ruins, a landmark of Sta. Fe The closest sandy beach (one of the best in Sta. Fe) - Sandira Beach - is within walking distance. You can find our location on Google maps and Google Earth. The guests booking this small house can use all facilities in the garden including the native rest houses and the stairs into the sea. The 180-degree view of the sea from the small resthouse above the cliff is impressive. On clear days you can see Cebu Island in the South and Negros in the East. Transportation is normally by tricycle. To be more flexible and to explore the island at your own pace it is recommended to rent a motorbike. You can rent a modern scooter from us for 300 Pesos per day.

The property is located in Villa Ilaya, a small coastal barangay in Atimonan, Quezon. There are no other resorts nearby so our guests are assured of peace, quiet & exclusivity. Enjoy a wide shoreline of fine brown sand with beach chairs ... and a vast open yard filled with coconut trees and hammocks , a swimming pool , and a pavilion good for events. We accept only one group / one booking at a time so you can enjoy privacy and the peace and quiet you need. The teepee cottages have fans but no aircon so you can hear the sound of waves and natural ambience of the place. Other amenities include a mini pier where you can go fishing and crabbing; two bangkas which can fit 3-4 passengers excluding bangkero; 3 stand-up paddle boards; mahjong set; volleyball; bon fire pit; and caretakers who can assist you in your cooking or other needs. Hope you are adventurous just like the owners of this property because you need to ride a boat to get to the property as the Road is still being constructed. So there will be days when the ocean is calm and days when there are waves. So its best to brace yourselves for a bumpy boat ride at times. We park our cars in a common docking area - very rustic and very rural but our car attendant are nice and will make sure nothing happens to our cars. Boat ride when ocean is calm is 15-20 mins.

Still, guests will experience the privacy and exclusivity of the place. Stores and snack houses are available outside the Guesthouse.
