Free WiFi with 50-100 mbps speed. ☆ Villa has 4 king-size beds & 5 single beds (one room has 3 single beds): On request, single beds can be joined and covered with an 1-inch foam converting them to a king size bed. ☆ Check in at 12 pm and Check out is 10 am. Flexibility is based on availability. ☆The pool is shared with the next door villa, namely Villa Calangute Phase 1. ☆ Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours. ADD-ON SERVICES - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs.1200 per session for a duration of 2 hours.  - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - This property cannot be booked by the local residents of Nashik. - Kindly keep all windows and doors shut throughout the day, especially during the monsoons given the presence of insects around. - The caretaker will not travel to the market to purchase any guest requirements. - Guests do not have access to the terrace. - The living room is not equipped with an AC. - There is a friendly dog residing on the premises of the property. - The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete. - All-male groups are not allowed. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the diesel generator can support all the appliances for up to 6 hours. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the property for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property, in the outhouse. - Please note that there is no Wi-Fi at the property.
