At Jade’s, guests will have a myriad of relaxing options to choose from, including an exciting spread of games, bonfire, lounging in the artistic outdoor sit-out to strolling the neighbourhood nature trails. To that effect, we provide: - Generator, inverters, AC, TV - Wardrobe, hangers, torch, medical kit - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Secured parking space for up to 10 cars The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 9 spacious bedrooms spread across 2 units - all on the ground floor. - All rooms offer amenities such as AC, TV, king-sized beds and attached bathrooms. BATHROOMS - There are 9 attached bathrooms. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - There are 3 living rooms - all on the ground floor. - All living rooms offer ample seating arrangements and are equipped with Wi-Fi access. - 2 of the living rooms also offer a TV, AC and 1 living room offers a music system. - The dining room seats 30 people. The dining room is on the premises of the property, but not a part of this unit. - There are 2 lawns with seating for up to 100 people and 50 people respectively. - There are 2 swimming pools, guests have access to both pools. - One of the pools is 27x15 ft. in size and 5.5 ft. in depth and the other is 4.4ft. deep. - It is accessible from 8 AM to 8 PM. KITCHEN - There are 2 kitchens - indoor and outdoor. - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery. ADD-ON SERVICES Vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. The gazebo can be accessed at no additional charge. There is a pool-table and TT-table at the home that can be accessed at no additional cost. Guests can enjoy a 1-hour Yoga and meditation session and a 50-minute Swedish Therapy at an additional cost. The payment for the same will be done at the property. The conference room can be accessed at an additional cost of Rs. 10,000 plus taxes, per hour Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. GUEST ACCESS There are 2 units on the property, guests have access to both units and the common dining area. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for 1 driver at Rs.2000 per day including meals and up to 2 female staff members at Rs.3000 per person, per day including meals ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games like table tennis, pool, foosball, cards and Ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk in nature and embrace its beauty. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up. There is also a turf court for sports like football. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - The conference room will remain locked, however, it can be accessed at an additional cost. - The villa is relatively secluded. - This property is not suitable for pets and guests who use wheelchairs. - There are CCTV cameras installed near the gate, swimming pool and in the backyard for security purposes. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 12 hours. - Food will only be served in the gazebo area outdoors, which is 15 steps away from the main villa. No food will be served in the bedrooms. - Mobile networks such as Vi work fairly well here. - back-to-back bookings are not allowed. - All-male groups are strictly not allowed. The house has 2 Bedrooms, Living area, open sky Jacuzzi, kitchen and lawn space. The Living room comes with a 4 seater sofa, Led TV, attached washroom, extra mattresses and a day bed to lounge around.Outdoor dining space comes with 6 seater dining table connecting living area and garden-lawn area. Both Air conditioned (AC) bedrooms are located on the first floor and come with a wardrobe and en-suite washroom. First bedroom comes with a double size bed, bathtub and an open sky jacuzzi in the balcony. Second bedroom comes with a queen size bed, wardrobe and attached bathroom. We have a Plunge Pool like a jacuzzi, with Luke warm water on the terrace. As online portal don't have an option for jacuzzi, it's a mentioned as a plunge pool to sit & relax with jacuzzi massage nozzles perfect for 4 pax. Kitchen comes with a refrigerator, microwave, and gas stove. We have basic utensils for Tea-coffee-Maggie. For food, Multiple restaurants deliver at this location.
