Balkonahe is an exclusive staycation house located in Batangas, Talisay. It is built perfectly to feel the sounds of nature and gaze at the breathtaking mountains of Tagaytay and the lake that surrounds Taal. Still and all create beautiful memories with your loved ones.

Entire house can comfortably accomodate 12 pax, maximum occupancy is 15 pax given that those 3 extra guests are 10 years old and below.

It is truly a therapeutic ambience at day and most especially at night. We encourage our guests to unwind and feel the nature. The house offers different views the nature particularly the beauty of Mt.Makiling, Tagaytay and Taal Lake.

Our house is designed for groups who needs to feel the connection with the nature, together with their loved ones.

During your stay we kindly ask your group to treat our house as your own as we always put our best efforts to share with you the beauty of the place.

- A refundable Php 5,000 security deposit upon check in is required, it'll be given back if no incurred damages upon check out.

-Additional 500 per guest in excess to 12 pax (please be honest with headcount so that we can welcome you all properly and advise some precautionary measures.)

- NO PETS ALLOWED

- No eating and drinking inside bedrooms (we don’t provide extra beddings)

- Our caretaker is available from 8am - 5pm to assist you, and we highly appreciate if you will give him token.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

- The place nestled in the middle of lush green forest of Miranda Talisay near south west tagaytay and 2,000ft above sea level, expect some insects crawling and flying especially at night for they’re easily attracted to lights.

- Keep your table foods covered, flies and other insects are easily attracted to food.

- Flies, grasshoppers,butterflies, bettles,and others insects constantly appears in our place specially during harvest season of fruits.

- 3 live dogs are around the house vicinity, they are taal survivors and homeless that’s why we choose to adopt them, but they are very friendly and serve as guard dogs of our house, it has also complete vaccines. If you don’t like them around you can ask the caretaker to leash & tie them.

- Talisay wet market is open from 6am- 10am.

- There are penalties that correspond to a certain amount for those who violate our rules
