Con el life style de 1700 y el confort de 2022, me encuentro en el casco Histórico, lugar privilegiado de la villa de la Orotava. Soy una casa Noble construida a principios del siglo XVIII, que en 1947 se reformó y Modificó en estilo neo-canario. Pertenecí al mayorazgo de segundogenitura de los marqueses de celada, Fundado el 4 de octubre de 1734.

REST AND RELAX Beautiful tropical garden with palm trees, swimming pool, dining & communal areas and parking space, all reserved exclusively for you and your group. There is an oversized hammock, pallet couch and beanbags for you to unwind with a book, or to cuddle up in. WORK OR PLAY The second floor features a communal space/workspace with kitchen, terrace and wooden table overlooking the Ocean. Inside there is a flatscreen TV, XBox with games, desks and ergonomic chairs. The space is multipurpose and can be used for anything from family gatherings, as a playroom for kids, work and presentations, watching movies or dining. The garden itself is 1500 square meters, with a small BBQ corner, bean bags and a breeze flowing from the Atlantic. It is a perfect place to enjoy a lovely conversation, dine and wine and relax. Strong WiFi network is covering both the first floor and the second floor of the property, and also reaching till the middle of the garden.

El Sitio de la Casa es un encantador alojamiento que data del siglo XVIII, con tradicional arquitectura canarias elaborada a base de canto blanco (pumita), piedra Chasnera y madera de tea. Cuenta con cinco estancias que invitan al visitante a sumergirse en un pequeño y encantador oasis de tranquilidad y sosiego. Un entorno apacible y acogedor de ambiente minimalista y natural. Alojamientos con jardín y piscina privada que permiten disfrutar de tranquilidad y discreción. Servicios de primer nivel, con cocina, baño privado y equipamiento de wifi y TV incluidos sin coste adicional. A partir de este patio central la villas cuentan con entrada privada, estancias totalmente autónomas, totalmente equipadas, con jardines y piscina privada cada una. El apartamento o loft, al que se accede desde el patio central, se ubica en segunda planta a la que se llega por escalera.

New housing complex SOTAVENTO-2 is located in beautiful Sotavento area next to one of the best natural beaches of the island - La Tejita beach (just 300 meters away from the complex). Spacious green, clean and tidy area. The complex is noted for the high quality of materials used in its construction and decoration. Sotavento is a new residential area located between the village Los Abrigos and the town El Medano, close to the sandy beach La Tejita which is a part of Montana Roja National Park. On the east side of the mountain there is a famous El Medano beach, which is considered to be the best place for water sports lovers: surfing, kitesurfing and windsurfing. Along the waterfront there is a walking promenade along which there are bars and restaurants with a wide range of meat and fish dishes. Golf courses are about 10 minutes away by car.
