WI-FI connection available throughout the flat. The entrance without stairs faces the street, but is located in a private street. The entire flat is fully air-conditioned, with cold and hot air conditioning. The sleeping area has a very comfortable queen-size bed with a 32-inch Smart TV, perfect to watch Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Youtube, so that you can enjoy a movie after visiting our beautiful city or entertain the kids with cartoons! Each guest will have at disposal a complete set of high quality bed sheets, towels of various sizes in 100% high quality cotton and everything you need to make your stay perfect and make you feel at home! The open kitchen is equipped with a modern induction hob, tea kettle and coffee machine (including capsules and tea bags of various types to satisfy every taste), electric oven and a spacious refrigerator. It is also fully equipped for every need with plates, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans and various utensils. The dining area is equipped with a comfortable table for two people with respective chairs. The brand new bathroom has a large and comfortable shower box, a washbasin with various compartments to organise your personal belongings, complete sanitary facilities and a hairdryer. You will also have at your disposal shampoo and shower gel to refresh yourself after your trip. You will also have access to a washing machine with detergent included to wash your white and coloured clothes, a clothes rack and a small iron with board in case you need it. The entrance door without steps leads to a private road that then leads to the main road with a view of the sea. Guests can make use of the entire property, which includes a sleeping area with a queen-size bed, a fully-equipped bathroom, a dining area with a table and chairs for 2 guests, and an attached kitchen with all amenities. The flat is located in a very quiet area of Giovinazzo's old town centre. Its strength is the very central location just a few steps away from all the restaurants, pizzerias, bars and everything else you might need. The first public beach is just 400 m away from the flat, the main places of interest instead are within a 2-minute walk for the centre of the movida, 2 minutes for the Aragonese tower and Giovinazzo's old harbour, 3 minutes for Giovinazzo's tightest street near Via Lecce, 3 minutes for Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, 4 minutes for the Co-Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, 5 minutes for the new suspended footbridge over the sea.
