Villa Velia is located in Marina di Novaglie, a small village on the Adriatic Sea, located in the "Regional Natural Park Costa Otranto - Santa Maria di Leuca". The coast of Novaglie is characterized by low-sized rocks and a small port, the surrounding area there are cliffs that falls high in the sea, diving in rocky backdrops that give the waters an intense blue color and a very interesting backdrop for diving lovers. Villa Velia is surrounded by a garden with centuries-old olive trees and palm trees. Entering the villa, there is a large yard with a barbecue area, with a wooden gazebo and television, wood table and benches, fridge, hammock and a rocking chair. Inside the house there are 3 queen/twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (and 1 external bathroom), a complete kitchen with dishwasher, oven and washing machine, and a living room (here there is also a double sofa bed). One of the double rooms has direct access to the outside and all the rooms have the conditioning/heater. Outside there is a nice and complete veranda with table, chairs and tv; a wonderful and equipped garden with a private pool (7.35 x 3.75), play corner, soccer table and decks. In the back of the villa there are 3 showers and a private and gated fruit garden. It is a corner of paradise and peace where you can stay comfortably surrounded by the nature and near the sea.

Appartamento di recente ristrutturazione, situato a Corsano e vicino le spiagge del Salento. Si compone di cucina, soggiorno dotato di TV, frigo, piano cottura, forno microonde, un bagno con lavatrice, asciuga capelli, set di cortesia, tre camere da letto con aria condizionata gratis, balcone e wifi gratis. Sono ammessi animali con supplemento.
