The apartment is newly renovated, well equipped with all the necessary things, and consists of a big living room with a sofa bed, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, and a kitchen. The place has a nice view of Tbilisi. The apartment is located in a modern part of Tbilisi and has a nice view of the city. Whatever comes to your mind, you have everything in 5-10 minutes' walk, Metro station Medical University(10 min), supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, shopping center, etc. the apartment is perfect for a family. the apartment is situated on the first floor of a big 2 floors house, where you will have free street parking on site. The apartment is modern, cozy, well equipped with a newly renovated special vintage style. The key will be provided upon your arrival. The transfer can be arranged. ✈︎ ✈︎ The place is entirely yours while you stay, so feel free to use anything you will find. usually, we leave some tea/coffee, cleaning products, etc. The house is centrally located, on the top of the street, and has a fantastic view of the street and Tbilisi. The cafe bars, fast food, shops, Metro are in walking areas. You will be staying in the central district of Tbilisi. if this is a short touristic stay you would probably need a Metro to get old Tbilisi, where most of the sightseeings are located. but here, you have restaurants, faces, shopping mall, etc. Please remember that you’re staying in a private flat, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP. I myself, living in Tbilisi so if it gets necessary I can come by and help you with anything within my reach. I speak English, Russian, French, and Georgian, so communication should not be an issue. Please note that the apartment is on the first floor of the building.
