Simply furnished but with all you need for a relaxing holiday by the pool or cooking in our well equipped kitchen. Our guests have access to the private pool. There are two secure shady park places inside the property. Each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom. Bed linen and towels are changed once per week for longer stays. Our house is about 1 km from from the coast and 2 km to a nice place to swim in the clear sea waters. Vabriga is between Poreč and Novigrad and is ideally located to explore Istrian hilltop villages like Grožnjian or Motovun. The red soils typical of the area are ideal for wine and olives and many excellent producers are located nearby.

If you wan't to have an unforgettable and unique holiday this is a right place for you. This beautiful modern villa is nested on a hill side above Opatija riviera and it boasts wonderful views of the Adriatic sea and very private garden pool. The Villa can host up to 12 people but it is perfect for 10 people, like young couples, or one big Family, or even two Families. In the basement there is a tavern made in the antique style (stone, old brick, wooden beams.), with a big fireplace, bathroom, and big sleeping room with the view on the sea and swimming pool. Internal stairs lead to the ground floor or first floor where there is a beautiful large living room with view on the Kvarner Bay with a fireplace, covered terrace, kitchen and dining room with access to the rear of the house to the terrace. The rear terrace behind the kitchen and dinning room is equipped with a big large table and summer kitchen, so you can sit outside and enjoy your morning breakfast, launch or dinner. On the small hill behind the house is big fireplace where you can prepare your favourite meals outside in the nature with the beautiful view on the sea. Internal stairs lead to the second floor where there are three large bedrooms and a large bathroom. Each room is decorated in a unique cozy style, like Lover's room in violet colour, or Paris room in red and grey, or Emily's master room with it's own private bathroom with a terrace and view on the sea. In the attic is a small studio with big double bed, perfect place for kids to play. On each floor there are wonderful large covered balcony overlooking the entire Kvarner bay and Adriatic sea. The house has parking space for approximately three vehicles. In front of the house, in the garden there is a big swimming pool with a beautiful view on a sea and City of Rijeka and Kvarner bay, where you can enjoy swimming and relaxing in the pool or jacuzi drinking your favourite cocktail.

Villa Cherry is romantic stone-house with courtyard located on the outskirts of the town, only 1 km from city center of Zadar. It is unique because of her position. In one way You have feeling You are in the village because all around the villa is just nature, without any traffic and in other way You are in city because city center is only 1 km from house. Because of its location it provides to the guests a lot of privacy and detachment from the city crowd, but also easy access to centar.

Our vacation house has 75 m2 on two floors and it is suitable for 4-5 persons. The vacation house consists of the ground floor where is an air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed and dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and wellness area with a large glass wall, whirlpool and a Finnish sauna. On the first floor, there are two air-conditioned bedrooms with a large double bed and satellite TV. In the nearby of the Villa there is a children’s playground.
