Villa Monaco
The beautiful villa Monaco, set on a 15000 m2 large plot and immersed into the untouched nature of Istria and surrounded by a vast olive plantation, offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. It can accommodate up to 10 persons. At your disposal are 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a sauna, fitness area, living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The outside area includes a big garden, private pool, outdoor jacuzzi and a barbecue with outside dining area. This is the place where you can sunbathe, chat with your friends and family, while taking a refreshing bath in the swimming pool or preparing a delicious meal at the barbecue and drinking a glass of good Istrian Malvasia. There is also a small park just next to the house with a pond, rivulet, sheep, chickens, ducks, horses and peacocks where you can unwind in an additional outdoor dining area while enjoying the beautiful Istrian nature and relaxing all your senses. Villa Monaco is fully air-conditioned, has WiFi and private parking for 4 cars. It is also possible to rent a boat, please contact us for more details. Villa Monaco lies in a peaceful countryside setting and is therefore not suitable as a party house. Youth groups are not permitted.
