The place is a two-storey private,cozy, safe, modern and spacious villa with own pool located in a compound and exclusive resort in Clark. Villa is near Clark tourist spots, hotels, SM Clark, Marquee Mall, North Luzon Expressway Angeles Exit, Friendship,Balibago Business and Night Life District, Fields Avenue and Walking Street, Aqua Planet, Korean Town and a lot more. The compound has a 24/7 stay-in guard and house helper to assist you with your immediate needs. The villa is a private, modern, cozyvilla with: • 5 air conditioned bedrooms with their own bathrooms. (1 bedroom on the first floor and 4 on the second floor). All have electric fans as well and a clothing rack. • 1 extra powder / bathroom at the ground floor for visitors not staying overnight. • Living room with couch, aircondition and Smart TV. • 12 seater Dining area near the living room. • Kitchen area with stove, oven, microwave, rice cooker, refrigerator, basic kitchen utensils, plates, glass & cups etc. • BBQ Grill outside the villa. • Parking Spaces for 1-3 cars. • The Villa also has a fast fiber wifi. • The villa has it's own private pool around 4-5ft deep. • The villa can also be connected to the next unit through a small secured gate in the pool area in case you are a big group which requires more than 1 villa. All with same number of rooms and amenities, positioning of living, dining, kitchen and rooms may vary but looks the same. Bed sheet covers may vary as well. Please coordinate with the host on which specific villa(s) your future booking will be placed. My mom, my assistant or I can assist you when you arrive, check in and check out when we are in the area or when we are available. There is also a guard in the compound/resort to ensure the safety of all guests and tenants. The villa is located inside Clark, Pampanga near Angeles City easily accessible by North Luzon Expressway if you’re coming from Manila and SCTex if you’re coming from the North. We are a 3-15 minutes drive away from the Diosdado Macapagal International Airport(DMIA) or Clark International Airport, Aqua Planet, famous hotels like: Midori Hotel & Casino, Marriott Hotel, Hilton Hotel ClarkQuest Hotel in Filinvest Clark, Royce Hotel & Casino, Widus Hotel & Casino, Fontana Leisure Parks etc. We are also a 10-25 minutes drive to SM Clark, Marquee Mall and Korean Town. Fields Avenue, Walking Street, Balibago Business and Nightlife District. You can use your own car in the area. There are also available GRABCARS, BLUE TAXI inside Clark. GRABTRIKE or regular Tricycles is available outside of Clark. If you are interested in renting a SEDAN, SUV or VAN with a driver, we can recommend someone, just inform us. :) Our place is also available for multiple days, weekly and monthly bookings. The villas are located in a secured compound resort inside Clark. There are 3 units available. And there are other units in the compound which are also being rented monthly or yearly mostly by foreigners. House Rules: • Please make sure that the number of guests you put on your online reservation is the maximum number of people sleeping or staying overnight in the villa. We will be checking. There will be extra charges if the number of people exceeds our indicated limit for guests. If you need another villa for more guests, we might have other units available. Please let us know as early as possible. • You can accept visitors but must not sleep or stay overnight without our permission. Up to 10 additional visitors only as much as possible. • We can provide up to extra floor mattress only for extra people with extra charge. • Family gatherings and parties are allowed inside the villa but make sure you don’t damage anything or disturb our other guests with loud music or noise. • Videoke and Big Speakers are allowed but only until 9pm. If you are sure to bring one, please let us know first so we can inform other guests/tenants and ask for approval. If approved, you may only use the videoke inside the villa and volume must be observed. Super loud volume which might disturb other guests is not allowed. 9pm cut-off for loud music & noise to prevent disturbance for other guests. • Alcoholic drinks are allowed only inside the villa. NO SMOKING inside the villa, NO SMOKING inside the rooms. • Alcoholic drinks and Public Display of Affection (torrid kissing / making out) are not allowed outside the villas especially in the common areas of the compound. • No illegal activities allowed in the villa or the compound premises. The villa and the compound management, employees and owners will not be responsible for any illegal acts. • Management, employees and owners of the villa will not be responsible for any injuries of any guests due to negligence or the fighting of guests and accidents in case of calamities. • SMOKING is strictly NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE VILLA and the pool area. • Any damaged item/s upon checking must be paid before leaving the compound premises. • Please clean your extra mess if having a party with a lot of guests. • The Pool is private for the villa. • The swimming pool is family sized at approximately 4-5 ft deep only. No time limit and at your own responsibility. • Parking for each villa is only up to four 3 cars. If you need to park a lot of cars, please let us know so we can check if available and if we can allow. • We require a php3000 cash security deposit before or upon check in. agoda is asking around php5k+ security deposit, if you want to use credit card for the security deposit, please let us know so we can add it here exclusively for you. Before checking out, our housekeepers will check the villa first, we can’t allow you to go without the housekeeper checking the unit and if there are damaged items or missing items, guests would definitely have to pay for it. • Check-in time is at 3 pm. If you need to check-in earlier, please let us know first so we can check if the place is available for early check-in (only if we don’t have previous day guests). You can already leave your luggage or things after 12nn while the place is being cleaned. • Check-out time is strictly at 12nn if we have next guests arriving. You can leave the luggages in the villa until 1:30 pm. Please take note that we will not be responsible for it after check out time. Late check-out can only be permitted if there are no next guests and may be subject to fees per hour.

This is a bungalow house, with 2 short steps you will be able to access the front door. It has 4 bedrooms. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom . 2 bedrooms has double beds while the other room had a single bed. The 2 sofa beds in the lounge can be a sleeping beds too. The maximum capacity of the sleeping beds is 10 people. I am physically not available to answer any questions and concerns . My brother and sister are there for assistance as much as they can help. However, I can be contacted via email, messenger and make sure I will reply as soon I received them promptly. The property is located in a secured and quiet neighborhood with a 24-hour roving guards. Public transportation are also available outside the gate of the community wherever you desired to go. The guards are also very helpful to call for a taxi cab by request. Please treat the house with respect and its contents.

Relax with the whole family at this room located in a family vacation house in Malabrigo, Lobo, Batangas. Experience the pristine beach of Malabrigo, Lobo, Batangas otherwise known as the rocky beach of the South. Just 4 hrs drive from Manila. Malabrigo Lighthouse is just a 10 minutes walk/hike from this place and 5 minutes if by car/motor ride. Our place was built as a family rest house or vacation home. This is located within a family compound so our neighbors are also our relatives. Our place has a sense of exclusivity and privacy not found in public resorts and a good view of Verde Island Passage. During fishing season, you can buy fresh catch in the beach front patio where there is also casa ran by my relatives at nighttime or at dawn. Only the room allocated to the guest and beachfront patio in front of Triple N Homestay can be use by the guest. Guest can also access the dining area, dirty kitchen, living rooms both ground floor and second floor, bathrooms, verandas (front and back). Neighboring beachfront patio is not included let us always be considerate of our neighbhors. Guest cannot access the master bedroom located in the ground floor which also serves as our supplies stockroom. Guests may contact the host thru agoda messages. Mobile and email will be provided upon inquiry. Its is a rural area. The place is quiet and generally safe for tourists. The means of public transportation within Lobo is mainly thru tricycle. Malabrigo to Lobo Public Market takes about 15 minutes thru tricycle (Php35 per person, Php150 special trip). You can also hire motorcycle/car/van thru locals depending on where you want to go. Getting to our property and Brgy. Malabrigo in general is more convenient now that public transportation is already available. Bus Schedules: DLTB Bus to Lobo leaves DLTB Bus Terminal Buendia Taft at 6:00PM. Be at the terminal by 4:30PM to secure seats. DLTB Bus leaves Lobo Public Market around 3:00/3:30AM going to Buendia Taft. Be at the terminal by 2:30AM to secure seats. Unli Internet / wifi connection from Pldt home fiber with speed of 25mbps max. Swimming pool and gymnasium is available for the guest with minimal charge. Shopping malls, groceries and hospitals are five mins ride from the area. Pedicabs or motor taxi is not allowed to enter the subdivision. Private cars can do advanced noticed required. Effective 01 March 2021, Medical certificate is not a requirement. However, upon entry to the village Health declaration form to be filled in by the registered personnel. All the names of personnel coming with the guest should be forwarded to the host two days in advance.

It's good to live on the boat, and also good to use this boat to having some day time trip. It's luxurious, private, and quiet. You will have a much better experience than a local bangka. It's worth a try. You can also order by hours, the minimum order is 2 hours, and if you order 4 hours, will have one more hour for free. Please text me for the per hour price. you have two ways to use the yacht. One is daytime use, daytime trip are including the gas the captain and the crew, but if you need some drink or food, you need bring by yourself, and if you want to go to some private beach or island, if there have some entrance fee you also need to pay by yourself. It's good for 8 guest, but if you want to have more than 8 guest will be some additional fee. And another choice is night use, you can stay one night on the boat, there have 3 bedrooms, each room is good for 2 person. If you want to use the yacht both in the daytime and nighttime, it will be a package price. of course it will have some discount.
