Antica area di lavoro per la produzione delle olive, trasformata in suggestivo appartamento, ampio 110 mq, è internamente suddiviso su due livelli. Al piano inferiore si trovano un ampio soggiorno caratterizzato dagli ingranaggi in pietra e castagno e stufa a legna, una comoda cucina con lavabo originale in marmo. Attraverso una scala in pietra antica si accede al piano superiore, dove si trovano due camere matrimoniali, una cameretta con due letti singoli, un bagno in marmo
con doccia, una piccola lavanderia e una piacevole terrazza con sdraio ed ombrellone. L’arredamento è molto confortevole e i mobili d’epoca si affiancano alla modernità di TV, forno, forno microonde, lavastoviglie, lavatrice e connessione internet. All’esterno, un particolare spazio verde attrezzato con un tavolo in marmo, sedie, sdraio consente di gustare un buon bicchiere di vino o un pasto circondati da alberi da frutto e dal piccolo ruscello che in passato attivava tutto il frantoio.
