Deze authentieke villa ligt op de hoogste duin van de residentiële wijk Sint-André. Zee, strand en duinen liggen vanuit deze doodlopende straat binnen handbereik. Pure ontspanning en rust. Deze familievilla tussen duinenreservaten en zee ademt zuivere zeelucht. Door de hoge ligging van de tuin, grenzend aan een duinenreservaat zie je oeverloos veel sterren. De zuidgerichte, omheinde tuin met groot zonneterras biedt je alle privacy. Per uitzondering te huur! Deze grote villa biedt twee salons met zeezicht. De ene salonruimte heeft een gestemde Yahama buffetpiano en de andere salonruimte bevindt zich in de leefruimte waar ook de grote eettafel staat. Aan deze tafel kan men met tien personen tegelijkertijd comfortabel eten. De master bedroom (twijfelaar met nieuwe, hoogwaardige pocketveringmatras) bevindt zich op de gelijkvloerse verdieping. Via deze slaapkamer kom je in de badkamer met ligbad en lavabo. Er is een ruime, volledig uitgeruste keuken. De overige drie slaapkamers situeren zich op de eerste verdieping. Daar bevindt zich een tweede aparte toilet met lavabo. Er is een slaapbank voor een dertiende persoon in de aparte salon met zeezicht. Doordat er ook een kinderbed en slaapbank aanwezig is, plus de mogelijkheid om twee comfortabele, slaapluchtmatrassen te installeren kan men in feite met 15 personen plus een baby in deze oorspronkelijke villa logeren. De woning is voor de helft onderkelderd. De garagepoort aan de straatkant geeft toegang tot een grote garage waar alle fietsen gestald kunnen worden of (kite)surfmateriaal rechtstreeks kan worden gestockeerd. Daarnaast zijn er nog twee aparte, ruime kelderruimtes. Een van deze ruimtes wordt in februari omgetoverd tot extra badkamer met regendouche zodat grote groepen comfortabele strandvakanties kunnen beleven. Er wordt een herenfiets, een damesfiets en een kinderfiets gratis ter beschikking gesteld. Naast de villa is er een met een hek afgesloten privé parking voor twee personenwagens. Toegang tot alle ruimtes, kasten en lades, de volledige tuin en het afgelegen zonneterras. Gasten kunnen de damesfiets, de herenfiets en de kinderfiets gratis gebruiken. Er zijn drie ruime garages waarin speelgoed, strandegerief, maar ook je eigen watersportgereedschap (kites, surfplanken, wetsuits,...) warm gestockeerd kunnen worden. Wetsuits kan je drogen in de 'stookkelder'. Je kan me 24/24 en 7/7 via telefoon of whatsapp bereiken voor al jouw vragen en wensen. Hier niet de typische drukke baan die tussen het strand en de villa loopt vooraleer je de zee kan bereiken. Je kinderen zullen heel snel de weg naar het strand kennen en jij kan hen er zorgeloos naartoe laten wandelen, fietsen, steppen,... Je opent de voordeur of garagepoort en je ziet, ruikt, hoort en voelt de zee, het strand en de uitgestrekte duinen. Je daalt de hoge duin vanuit je doodlopende straat af. Daar sla je af naar de doodlopende straat die rechtstreeks uitgeeft op de ongerepte natuur van duinen, strand en zee: regelrecht naar het breedste strand van België waar je nog dagelijks de echte garnaalvissers te paard aan het werk kan zien. Je moet overal betaald parkeren in Sint-André, behalve op de duin van de Potvisstraat dus parking voor het huis moet je niet betalen. Daarnaast zijn er twee ruime autostaanplaatsen op de eigendom zelf voorzien, naast de villa. Dus je kan makkelijk vier grote auto's gratis parkeren. De kusttram heeft een halte op 50 meter. * In- en uitchecktijden gelden indien er voor / na de huidige huurder mensen in- / uitchecken. Vraag gerust om eerder in te checken of later uit te checken. * Handdoeken, badhanddoeken en beddengoed is voldoende aanwezig en hoef je dus niet zelf mee te brengen. * Er is 1 badkamer met bad die via de master bedroom bereikt kan worden. Daarnaast zijn twee aparte toiletten: op de gelijkvloerse verdieping en op de eerste verdieping.
