Rules and Regulations for Gym and Swimming Pool: To ensure safety, children 12 years old and below are not allowed in the pool area without adult supervision, as there are no lifeguards on duty. GYM SCHEDULE: - Limited to a maximum of 4 persons at a time. SWIMMING POOL SCHEDULE: - Open Monday to Sunday: Morning (8:00 am to 12:00 pm) and Afternoon (4:00 pm to 8:00 pm) - Closed on Tuesdays for water treatment and disinfection. STRICTLY ENFORCED: - Please bring dry clothes for changing after swimming. "NO DRY CLOTHS NO ENTRY." - No swimming without filling out the necessary forms. Forms are available in the lobby. Guests are limited to a maximum of four (4) individuals. Any excess persons beyond the 2-person limit will be charged 100 pesos per head.

A very spacious condo , located literally in the heart of the city, just 2 blocks away from the Cebu Provincial Capitol. The condo has a lobby, with 24-hour security guards, parking space, a gym and a pool. This unit, at the 24th floor of Winland Tower 1, has three bedrooms. The each bedroom has wide-sized bed with a stunning view of the city and the mountains as you lay on those beds. First bedroom has a king-sized bed, next has a queen sized bed and the other room has a double sized bed. All rooms have air-conditioners. The master's bedroom its own restroom and the other rooms can use the shared restroom beside the kitchen. The unit also has its own sala set with high definition speakers in the living room and it also has a SMARTV that's connected with Netflix and Youtube. The dining space has a 6-seater dining table, perfect for morning breakfasts and evening conversations as you look over the city with your meals. It has a kitchen fully furnished with plates, utensils, glasses, frying pans, metal pot, refrigerator, stove top and toaster in case you want to prepare your own dishes, or reheat meals bought from the dozen restaurants and fast food chains nearby. The bathroom has hot shower attached, and toilet and faucet. There is an extra stockroom in case you need more room to put your stuff. It also has its own balcony, where you can lounge and relax as you take in the stunning city that is Cebu. The condo also has simple touches of artworks, paintings and dainty decor that add to the ambiance, as well as romantic yellow lighting.

There are plenty of things to do at the heart of the city. For immediate needs, we also have a cute piazza right outside where a 7/11, pharmacy, restos, ATM and other immediate conveniences are. IT Park, Landers, the North bus station and port are also near. The space is a large studio. An extra air bed will be provided for guests exceeding 2 pax. There is also a wardrobe cabinet for your clothes to keep out clutter. Here, restaurants, convenience stores, a laundromat, bakery, ATM and more stores are situated. If you have emergencies, please don't hesitate to approach the concierge below. The building is very secure. Aside from cctv cameras installed, there are also 24/7 security guards. There's a proper loading / unloading area for jeepneys right in front of the mini mall outside. You can also always get a Grab car or Angkas. We also have a vehicle and driver available if you'd rather prefer a bit more comfort. MONTH-or-MORE-STAYS. We’d like to have you longer! However, this might open the possibility of electricity bill skyrocketing. To encourage good usage, guests are required to pay half of the electric bill and provide a deposit for this.
