Luxury Villas Thriprayar

Welcome to the "Mriya" your own luxury pool beach villa. You will have 3 luxuriously furnished room with attached hot/cold shower baths. The whole property is half acre beach front with plenty of open lawn spaces for children to play. The beach is right across the front gate and is very clean and ideal for swimming with mild waves.The beach in front is also home to the Oliver Ridley turtles and you can see them nesting and hatching from the months of January to April. The property has 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms. All rooms have King size beds and we do have 4 extra beds in case you have extra people to share your fun holiday. A fully functional kitchen with all appliances including toaster, microwave, refrigerator, cooking gas hob etc is available for guest use. Guests have complete access to the entire property. My full time caretaker Debu is on the property to take care of all your needs and time. He lives in a separate quarters in the compound. The villa is situated in the quiet town of Thalikulam near Triprayar. There are fishing villages near by to explore. 'Arsha Yoga' a famous center for yoga is right next door to the villa. Guests can avail yoga classes or sessions at the center. There are "kalari" classes also being held at Arsha Yoga. You can visit the Nattika beach which is very close by, the beach was the where the iconic malayalam "Chemmeen" was shot. "Cheruman juma masjid', which is the oldest mosque in India and the second oldest in Asia is about half hour drive from the villa. Since beaches are fragile ecosystems and we would like to keep it clean for you and all others who come to enjoy, please refrain from throwing any trash, bottles etc on the beach. Hand over all trash/bottles etc to the caretaker and he will dispose of it. The property is easily accessible by road. Since the area is not very touristy, there are only small eateries and restaurants near by. Property also has ample parking for upto 6 cars. Just make sure your windows and doors are tightly shut, your vehicles are only at a distance of 10 meters from the waves!!. Autorickshaws are available to get around although there might be some waiting for same since it's not a very busy road. Breakfast is included in the price. Dinner and lunch is available and has to be prebooked two days in advance prior to check in. We do not store any meats or fish in the freezer, it's bought and cooked fresh, on the day of your arrival
