Within the "Villa Pacha" complex you will also enjoy a large swimming pool, a pétanque ground, volleyball field and a pond ( where you can also fishing :) You will enjoy the entire villa and a few meters away you will have access to a larger swimming pool and a pétanque ground in the Villa Pacha complex. As the road has no name, you will find the address by searching "Villa Pacha" in maps and the Passapp Taxi App. As i live in Phnom Penh, i won't be able to meet the guests in person but Stephan on site will welcome you and assist you if needed If you don't have any, i highly recommend you to get a local sim card and install the following apps: - PASSAPP TAXI for your transportations - NHAM24 for your food/groceries deliveries Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas but strictly prohibited in the bedrooms Important Note : Electricity is charged at $0.30 per Kwh with meter On monthly rate basis only, ( all included for shorter stays nightly or weekly ) Long term guests are responsible for their use of electricity and pay for only what they use.
