The 400- square- meter villa offers: Paradiso marble floors, windows with panoramic views and refined and functional furnishings to enjoy a wonderful holiday with the people you love without giving up your privacy. There are four very spacious bedrooms, each with a queen-size double bed, a single bed and the possibility of adding cots for younger children; the villa can accommodate up to 11 people. Each room is equipped with wardrobes and made to measure compartments to accommodate all your personal effects, including suitcases. The rooms also have a panoramic terrace to enjoy magnificent views. The villa has a laundry room with washing machine and three large bathrooms, with shower or bathtub, complete bathroom fixtures and hairdryer; as well as towels of various sizes, sheets, blankets, duvets and everything you need for a perfect stay. You can relax in the large, bright living room furnished with a sofa, armchairs, a desk, a TV and a dining area with a arge table and numerous chairs in case is not possible to eat outdoors on the splendid terrace. The kitchen is very spacious and equipped with everything you need to make your meals: toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and a small table. In the villa there is a Wi-Fi connection and a private outdoor and indoor parking area. The area is very quiet and peaceful, and also a perfect starting point for walks and excursions along the various paths which also lead to nearby Andalo. In two minutes on foot, you can reach the Pradel cableway and in five minutes you can get to the sky slopes and to Andalo’s cableway 2001 (a well-known Italian ski destination) The town of Molveno is only 500 m away and there you will find many supermarkets, bars, shops and restaurants; all of them are easily accessible on foot or by car. Just a few meters away there is a bus stop that connects you to the center and to the nearest train stations in Trento (40 km away) and Mezzocorona (25 km away).

This private villa is located 200 meters above Lake Garda, in the beautiful town of Brenzone. This is a quiet villa with a nice view. The area around the villa consists of olive trees. Here you can take a stroll and enjoy nature. The town of Brenzone is situated a few minutes away by car. The villa consists of two spacious apartments, each equipped with a balcony from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake. The villa is accessible by a narrow road. It has a beautiful garden, with flowers and a parking area. This apartment is located on either the 1st or 2nd floor and has an area of about 90m². You can access the apartment via a stone staircase. Each apartment has a balcony with a table and chairs. From here you have a magnificent view of the lake. The house is simply but comfortably furnished and has central heating and a TV with satellite connection.
