ABOUT THIS SPACE Our place, 27 Ah Peng, is a vintage 2-bedroom property in the heart of durian country. It's within walking distance of Bentong's best food, and the dazzling Chamang waterfall and fruit orchards are only a few minutes drive away. Meet our friendly neighbours and rediscover old world trades amidst old shops, barbers & even a printing press. A block from the lively Bentong Walk night & morning markets, 27 is great for couples & family adventures - or you can just curl up on the sofa with a book :) THE SPACE Dating back to 1934, our vintage loft is a retro escape located above an old bookshop on one of Bentong's historical main streets. Bentong is a charming old tin mining town in Pahang, and is just an hour's drive by highway from Kuala Lumpur. Hong Kong classic film-inspired and with 1500 sqf to relax in, our place features two bedrooms and a large living & dining area. Just 100 meters away from Bentong Walk, cafes, restaurants, shops and the town market, you’ll be within walking distance of the town’s best food & places to explore. GUEST ACCESS There is ample parking along the street our unit is on. Guests can also park in the back lane behind our unit. However, if you are parking on the main street on weekdays, you will need to buy scratch & display coupons which are available at the bookstore directly below us. On weekends, it's free. KINDLY NOTE There can be some noise from the street as we are located on the main road - so we appreciate your understanding :) As our property is an old one, certain sections of the floorboards can feel a bit sandy despite being swept, vacuumed & mopped after every checkout. Our bedrooms are air-conditioned & we hope to install air-conditioning in the living area soon. By the way, we have a long staircase leading up to our unit, older folks & children may need a helping hand when enter. Lastly, our wifi works fairly well with most devices. However, speeds may vary.

Can sleep up to 20 peoples comfortably . we have 8 super king beds and 2 super single beds ( 10cm smaller than queen bed) which is can sleep 1adult1kid or 2kids comfortably . BBQ Area we built outdoor BBQ area with long table, long table can sit 16+ peoples. you can bring your own ingredient to enjoy BBQ. All 4 bathrooms have water heater. Entire house is run with water pump, water pressure during bath is not an issue.

Chu Mon’s Homestay offer comfortable and quiet place to stay. Located far from busy road and hectic traffic. It can be a good place for weekend escape as it near to City center. Nearest river is about 15 minutes drive from the homestay. Our Homestay is not a modern house with great interior and exterior. It is a Kampung house with great view. Please expect mosquitoes, lizard, sometimes frog around the house. I am staying near to the homestay so, i’ll be available during weekend and my parents during weekdays. I also can be reached via whatsapp or email. This is the place where u can escape from busiest and hectic city. The nearest restaurant and retail store take around 5 minutes drive There is small stairs connecting hall to dining and rooms. So, need to pay extra attention to those staying with kids.
