The Sinatra is a swanky holiday rental in the centre of Mulwala - walk to the pubs, bakery, shops, foreshore, Blacksmith winebar, or the Mulwala Water ski club. It was once described by a guest as "Palm Springs meets Regional Victoria". The pool is beautiful, the decor very on-trend and the beds are so comfortable. Offering 4 bedrooms and a NEW outdoor retreat (a 5th bedroom)! Guests can have 5 king beds or split singles. About the Host: This property is professionally managed by Karen Mitchell and the team at Waterfront Holiday Houses. Weekends in September, October, November and December have a min 3 night booking condition. Should you request 2 nights, a 20% surcharge will apply, please email us. A security deposit of $1000 is required to be paid 7 days prior to the booking to the Property Management Agents, Waterfront Holiday Houses. Property address and key details are provided when the security deposit is paid. In Summer: Enjoy the beautiful mineral salt swimming pool, large alfresco, evaporative air conditioning with ceiling fans and the large demista fan outside. There is a BBQ and Pizza oven in the pool cabana. The pool is heated to 29 degrees (on cool evenings we will put the solar blanket on for you!) In the winter: Enjoy the huge open fire place, hydronic floor heating, and beautiful winter sun streaming in the north facing windows. Guests have access to a double garage and plenty of parking on site. Features include Foxtel, wi-fi, solar heated mineral salt swimming pool (turned on in spring / summer), open plan alfresco, open fire and beautiful comfortable beds! This is a pet friendly house: One off pet fee of $66 applies, the pet can sleep in the laundry, but must be small, non-hair shedding dog or cat! Bedding configurations: • Master bedroom 1: King bed with pool views, walk-in-robe and ensuite • Guest bedroom 2: Queen Bed (or 2 singles) • Guest bedroom 3: King bed (or 2 singles) plus single bed with a trundle (2 beds), courtyard view • Guest bedroom 4: King Bed (or 2 singles) (The New York room) Please note: The single and trundle in bedroom 3 can be put together to make a queen in that room. We give our guests space but are available when needed A great location in residential Mulwala, 2 streets back from the main street and Lake Mulwala. You can easily walk into Mulwala to the Bakery, Butchers, Wine Bar, Clubs, Pubs, Supermarket, Pizza Parlour, Chinese Restaurant and Tun-za-fun (to name a few). Alternatively, if you want to stretch your legs, Yarrawonga is only 3km away with a great foot path. Yarrawonga, Mulwala and surrounds have a local taxi service and each Club and some Pubs offer courtesy buses. Otherwise, walk! You are in a great location with great walking paths. Booking Terms and Conditions: Photo ID with residential address is required within 24hrs of making a (URL HIDDEN) Standard Booking Cancellation Policy: Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of the Property Specific Terms and Conditions. Variations in terms are reflective of noise restrictions, swimming pools, pets and on-site parking. Booking Cancellation Policy: Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 28 days prior to occupancy. If not, the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re-let the property. Cancellation of the booking by the client, deposits are non refundable unless the property is re-let for the entire period for equal value. If the property is re-let, the guest may have a credit for future bookings, or request a refund. If a refund is requested, then a $110 administration fee will apply. Please note the 2% merchant fee and the 8% booking fee is non-refundable. The advertised nightly rack rate is the amount refunded. Should a cancellation notice be given for a peak period booking, or a booking with less than 28 days notice, then a $250 refund administration fee will apply. Covid and cancelations: Please note, COVID cancellations will require medical evidence submitted for the cancellation request to be approved. If you have a booking and you contract Covid, the option available to you will depend on the following (a) the date of the booking (b) the number of guests in the original booking, and (c) the availability for re-booking within a 3 month period (d) the owner of the property. If a booking cancellation request is approved, guests will be required to pay for the clean and any linen used to set the beds. Credit notes: You will be issued with a credit voucher for the full value paid on your existing (URL HIDDEN) This credit will be valid for12 months at the original property booked or an alternative property if that property is no longer available. Transferring a booking to new dates: Check availability on our website for future dates and we will make the alteration for you. If your preferred dates are not available, we will contact the owner to confirm if we can release the booking to an alternative property. Please note: Bookings made with a credit voucher, or a transferred booking, the standard cancellation policy applies should you decide to cancel after the booking has been made. Please note: Refunds will not be offered for peak periods (Melbourne Cup, Christmas, NYE, January, Australia Day, Labour Day long weekend, Easter, June Long weekend, AFL Grand Final weekend) Please note: For bookings placed via 3rd party websites. Our Host cancellation policy on these websites is simple. The advertised nightly rack rate will be refunded, less the $110 cancellation processing fee. Service fees, booking fees and merchant processing fees are non-refundable. Bookings made via 3rd party websites and agents (including but not limited to agoda, Home away, booking, Trip Adviser and Expedia ) these fees are approx. 23% This is 23% of the booking tariff (ie if you booking tariff was $1000, the booking fees and commissions fee will be $230) Guest funds, will be returned via bank transfer within 7 days of receiving this payment from the 3rd party platform. Please note: Guest funds from bookings made via 3rd party booking sites will not be returned prior to booking dates in any circumstance. How to cancel: For bookings made via agoda, Booking and Trip Advisor, you will need to request to cancel via your account with the respective website. Please do not select ‘request’ money via the agoda platform, as it will be declined. We, the Property Managers receive payment from agoda after the planned check-in date of the (URL HIDDEN) How to postpone/change a (URL HIDDEN) You will need to request to amend your booking via your account with the respective website. Waterfront Holiday Houses will then be contacted by the 3rd party website and will accept that request. On 3rd party websites, changes to bookings cannot be made on the day of check-in.
