RIDGEVIEW Ocean Views Perfect For Two Families
Spectacular ocean and inland views are to be had when staying at Ridgeview (a 15 minute drive from Denmark), a large (405sqm) 4 bedroom (Upstairs 1 with a Queen, 1 with 3 Singles; Downstairs 1 with a Queen and a Cot, 1 with 2 Singles), 2 bathroom (1 Upstairs, 1 Downstairs) home (with free WIFI, Smart TV and Nespresso Machine), surrounded by a large grassed area (with Firepit) and located in a rural environment high on the Bennett Range, as well as 50 hectares of pasture and natural bush to explore. Sheep and cattle (and kangaroos) graze the property and it is close to Greens Pool, Alpaca Farm, wineries, cafes, restaurants and other attractions.
The Lookout
The Lookout is a comfortable 4 bedroom/ 2 bathroom holiday home. Located amongst tall Karri trees in a beautiful nature setting. The hose provides a perfect retreat to relax and unwind. The holiday house is situated between the town of Denmark and Ocean Beach 4km either way and is conveniently placed to explore surrounding forests, wineries and beaches with many walks and drives in the area. One of the most enjoyable features of The Lookout is the beautiful long balcony which stretches across the front of the house. It's a wonderful place to sit back and relax. The feeling of being amongst the tall karri tress is quite amazing. It's like having your own exclusive tree house. You will enjoy some fabulous birdlife including all kinds of parrots, kookaburras, honey eaters and small wild birds. The house offers glimpses through the trees to Wilson Inlet. A wonderful place to have a glass of local fine wine and chat with friends or loved ones until late into the night. The rear of the house offers a landscaped native garden with natural stone path to explore the native flora and fauna. The main living area is located on the upper level of the house. The open plan lounge and kitchen have a great view of the surrounding forest. There is a six seater dining table and a beautiful cane lounge suite. The house is fitted with reverse cycle air conditioning which makes winter stays nice and cozy and summer stays cool and relaxing. The house has just had new carpets and flooring in all rooms. The beds also have new extremely comfortable mattresses. The kitchen is fitted with all modern appliances to suit your needs. There is also laundry which includes washing machine, iron and ironing board.
