Peacefully situated in the countryside, but still right in the middle. Here you can relax and explore the Spreewald individually. The holiday home is designed for 4 persons, but two other guests can stay overnight on the sofa bed in the living room. In the 2 bedrooms you can spend relaxing nights in box spring double beds. In addition, both bedrooms and the living room have sufficient storage space for your belongings. In both bedrooms a hardwood floor is laid (Spanish walnut) and in one bedroom a clay wall provides a pleasant room climate. ATTENTION: Room height in the bedrooms is only 2.00 m / 2.07 m (nothing for tall ones). The bathroom has a washbasin, WC, bathtub and shower. In the kitchen you have a stove, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Sufficient cutlery and crockery are available, you can feel at home here. The living room is very spacious and has a seating area and a chilly couch area for relaxing (and after conversion into a sofa bed also for staying overnight). Large-screen TV with BluRay player and satellite TV is also available. Laminate flooring is laid in the living room. From the living room you have access to a roofed terrace, where lounge furniture invites you to relax and sit together. Besides the terrace, the courtyard of your holiday home also has a barbecue area and a smoking area. In the house and on the terrace you have access to free WLAN. Parking is available in front of the property, a car can also be parked next to the house in a lockable driveway. Bicycles can be parked in a lockable shed on the property. The holiday home has been available to guests since July 2018 after a complete and loving renovation and can be rented all year round. In winter the house is completely heated by district heating system. Please note that the Town of Luebben, as a state-approved resort, charges a visitor's tax of 2 Euro per night and per adult, which must be paid in cash at our house upon arrival.
