Holiday House with Pool
The Holiday House with Pool is located in a small village of Loborika and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. House capacity is up to 8 persons in 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Free internet, air condition, parking, washing machine are also available. In the garden there is a swimming pool, deck chairs, parasols, a grill and a children's playground. The space At the south of Istria there is a small village of Loborika located near the town of Pula. The village is located not far from international airport which will allow you a quick and pleasant journey. A small, quiet rural spot for the last decade has become an attractive tourist destination due to the proximity of many facilities, beach biking trails, catering facilities, hunting as well as affordable prices. In the center of the village, next to the small church is located our lovely holiday house with swimming pool, landscaped environment and lots of greenery. The host lives several houses away, in the same street. The house has 100 m2 and 300 m2 of garden. There is a large covered terrace with fire place on the front. It is oriented to the pool, garden furniture, deck chairs and outdoor shower. Within the yard we also offer a small kids playground and a secured parking for 2 cars. The interior of the house consists of kitchen, living room, dining area, hall, 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house was renovated in 2017. Within 100-200 m there is a shop, cafe bar and restaurant-pizzeria. A large supermarket as well as pharmacy and a doctor are located 7 km away in Pula. Beautiful, various beaches are available in all directions at a distance of 15 km or 15 minutes by car. The sea is clean and warm throughout the summer and the seafront features are numerous. Except the seaside amenities, you can enjoy many cultural, natural and local attractions.
