Portsea Hideaway- FREE Night*
we love this because... This beach house is so unassuming from the outside, with its impressive front door being the only hint at a house from the road. But it is so close to everything you need for a beach holiday. The pounding ocean beaches are within walking distance but take care to swim between the flags at all times. We love being in the house as it wraps around a central courtyard, and the focus is a heated in-ground pool where we can't get the kids to leave no matter what we offer. We cook up a BBQ and laze in the outdoor lounge, creating our very own poolside piazza. It's so cool in summer and cosy warm in winter. We hardly use our car, we walk the short distance to the newly renovated Portsea Hotel for stunning food and great views and a perfect holiday vibe. We grab our coffee from Le Capucin and stroll across the lawn to take in the views of the bay. For the adventurous among us, we always book a dolphin swim, kayak or snorkelling session with BayPlay because you just can't beat being on the water (at any time of year). On warm winter days, we choose between the Farnsworth Track, Point Nepean or the Millionaires walk(where we get a sneak peek into how the rich and famous live by walking through their front gardens...for real, absolutely allowed). IMPORTANT TO NOTE - Property is suitable for maximum of 8 adults plus additional children. *Please note the swimming pool is heated between November and April only. PAWfect What fun! a new house to visit that lets four-legged friends like me sleep inside. The courtyard garden doesn't have any grass so I always get a walk to tire me out. But there is a shady area at the side of the house that my 'hoomans' leave me when they go out, so I don't get too hot and I can feel safe. And there's a special basket just for me. No way! What's in there? Ooh, ooh! a treat from PAWDINKUM. I LOVE THIS PLACE.
Highview- FREE Night*
we love this because... Who doesn't love a room with a view! We loved this house as soon as we walked in the door. The kids immediately hunkered down in the tiny games room which is made up of a cushioned area to play computer games and watch TV. While we set ourselves up on the large deck overlooking the garden and the Mornington Peninsula surrounds. This sunny spot is perfect for much of the day with a coffee and a good book. In the evening everyone congregated around the BBQ and outdoor dining table for dinner and then the kids would set up the table tennis in the garden room while we lit the fire pit and drank wine and toasted marshmallows for dessert. Please note that there are security cameras located on the roof of the house. The cameras are not active during your stay and not connected to wifi. PAWfect What fun! a new house to visit that lets four-legged friends like me sleep inside. Yay! a garden with tall fences to keep me safe. Love the lawn and bushes, there are lots of interesting smells. And we had lots of cover under the house and places to explore. And there's a special basket just for me. No way! What's in there? Ooh, ooh! a treat from PAWDINKUM. I LOVE THIS PLACE.

One of the most enjoyable features of The Lookout is the beautiful long balcony which stretches across the front of the house. It's a wonderful place to sit back and relax. The feeling of being amongst the tall karri tress is quite amazing. It's like having your own exclusive tree house. You will enjoy some fabulous birdlife including all kinds of parrots, kookaburras, honey eaters and small wild birds. The house offers glimpses through the trees to Wilson Inlet. A wonderful place to have a glass of local fine wine and chat with friends or loved ones until late into the night. The rear of the house offers a landscaped native garden with natural stone path to explore the native flora and fauna. The main living area is located on the upper level of the house. This homes main entrance is in Cliff Murray Lane directly behind its street address and it has ocean glimpses from the upstairs bedroom balcony. It is an easy stroll to Lake Ainsworth, the beach, kid’s playgrounds, the local skate park and a great variety of restaurants and cafes in downtown Lennox Head. Castions is older in style, including original bathroom and kitchen. It is casual and comfortable with a great location. When you enter Castions you will find yourself in the open plan kitchen, living and dining area. Yes - we are dog friendly rural stay! Beautiful country side stay with scenic valley view from the backyard. 3 Bedroom house with 1.5 acres to enjoy. Ample space for kids and your pets to run around, work and play. Rural stay does not mean no convenience. We got North Richmond Shopping Centre with Coles, BP fuel stations, Gyms, Chemist etc and heritage shopping feel at Old Palsy Junction (Post office, cafe, pet). On the way to Lithgow / Dubbo holiday parks and one step closer to scenic views. Want to enjoy Australian and contemporary cuisines, then try Kravings. Kravings is the Hawkesbury’s outstanding licensed restaurant. Since opening as Kravings in 2002 the restaurant has won multiple awards, and continues to attract outstanding revues for its great food, served by friendly and professional attendants in a warm and intimate setting. Kurmond Social is another restaurant with scenic view. Be it wedding parties or those keen in photography, our rural stay is only few minutes away for all these amenities

The Farm is fully renovated with beautiful and comfortable beds. The outdoor living on the deck is peaceful and tranquil. You can cook a BBQ or put a pizza in for dinner on the outdoor decking. Kids have a builtin trampoline as well as swings and a play area. Nothing to provide except towels. TV's in every bedroom, living room as well as outside to watch the footy or just your favourite show.
