Ngaree - A pet friendly oasis up in the treetops
We love this because... It's a classic beach house that is a little oasis away from the busyness of the Southern Peninsula, a little nest in the treetops. Most of all we love the OCEAN VIEW from the cosy lounge and upper deck. Our large family group (and four legged friends) spread out in the many spaces on the multiple decks. The large modern kitchen and dining gives us the ultimate entertaining space with a connection to a large deck. In summer we soak up the sun and watch the container ships slowly move through Port Phillip Bay. In the winter we can watch storms roll in with a glass of red in front of the log fire or some of us cosy up with a good movie in the snug front lounge. The kids love the putting green and the large bush block that slopes down to the creek. With four generous bedrooms, flexible bedding configuration and modern bathrooms its perfect for our group. PAWfect What fun! a new house to visit that lets four-legged friends like me sleep inside. But there is also a Kennel too. Yay! a garden but my hoomans have to keep an eye on me here because there is no fence and lots of wildlife that I have to be careful to avoid. But I can stay safely by the house in a special place for me that is all secure. And there’s a special basket just for me. No way! What’s in there? Ooh, ooh! a treat from PAWDINKUM. I LOVE THIS PLACE.

The historic building has 3 bedrooms and will sleep 6 people plus an infant. It is fully air conditioned. The 3 bedrooms consist of 2 upstairs bedrooms - one with a toilet/wash basin, whilst the downstairs bedroom has a double bunk bed - 2 Singles (92 cm x 187 cm). Both upstairs bedrooms have Queen size beds (153cm x 203cm). Good quality linen, all bedding and towels are provided. A highchair, cot, bed rails, and 2 toddler gates are available by arrangement. There is also a toilet/bathroom on the ground floor. Please note there is no bath tub. A baby bath can be provided for children, please let the host know before your arrival if required.
